We had a great stay! House in a well equipped and spacious gated condominium for us to be well accommodated. Super attentive Hosts. Very good!

Mauro was an above-average host... More than 15 years ago, my family and I rented listings for the end and the beginning of the year and undoubtedly he was one of the best if not the best host. The house is even more special than the pictures show, having a high right foot, plenty of space, airy, surrounded by a very tasty balcony. The weather helped, we had 7 days without a drop of rain and we were able to enjoy all the amenities of the space, pool, barbecue, kitchen and its utensils. We do not have to take practically anything from home: a very complete kitchen, fans in every room and in the area of the barbecue. I definitely recommend the space and if we can we will be back for sure.

We were received by Carlos and his girlfriend in a gentle and friendly manner, the space exactly matches the photos, for those who want to escape from crowds is a great place, my dogs have taken advantage of the outside space a lot. The container is spacious and has everything for a quiet stay. Pega little dirt road, about 5 minutes.. just follow the location sent by Carlos that works super well. Carlos lives near the container and offered help for whatever it took. A very good differential is ctz the tub.

Very beautiful place! The house is spectacular, you have to be careful with the entrance but if it is arranged it will be easy! The house is very good! It has all the amenities, it has a wonderful sunset, and the staff is super attentive, we really liked the house! The location, even though it's inside, is very close to the wine road, so you can go without fear! It was great to stay there

Leo and his wife helped us from the beginning of the reservation. Since we had our daughter's 1st birthday party there, Léo was practically our event advisor. He helped and brokered the part of the drinks, decoration, table rentals and even a beauty salon for my wife. Always very cordial and clear in the information, he did much more than was expected. The house, in the rustic style we like, was impeccable and the fireplace, which we never let go out, brought the family together around it. Our little one loved it too and had a lot of fun. Excellent accommodation, everything was very clean, very well organized. The house was 100% as described, no defects. We were very well received, everything inside the condominium was well signposted, with a lot of security access, the host Eliana gave us great tips. Mr. Ilco was always very helpful, he responded very quickly, the house is excellent, very spacious, the biggest highlight was certainly the pool that is really heated, it had an automatic temperature adjustment that made it ideal, my family enjoyed the many days we stayed there, very quiet and safe condominium, we will certainly be back soon!

The stay was impeccable from the first contact with Carlos until our checkout. The place is exactly as described in the photos, but in person it is even more beautiful. One distinguishing characteristic is the cleanliness of the place - fresh-smelling bed linens and towels, as well as complete kitchen utensils. It accommodates a large group very well and the lake is a success. I would like to highlight the attention and proactivity of the caretakers with us. We hope to return soon, it was a great family experience.

The house is new and was extremely clean. Well-decorated rooms make the stay very enjoyable. Everything was exactly as in the pictures. Pool and foosball table helped ensure the family's fun. A point of attention for trip planning is that you need to bring not only bed and bath linens, but all the items you need to cook, including oil, salt, spices, detergent, sponge, dishcloth to dry the dishes. There's a good supermarket nearby, but if you're unlucky to go in a rainy season, you're going to need a lot of attention and care on the dirt road. The section is not long, but it is quite bumpy. It was important to plan well and make a very complete list to buy everything at once and avoid leaving the house after we were installed.

The stay was spectacular. We were 6 people (3 couples) + 1 puppy. We were all very well accommodated. Everything works perfectly, beautiful, spacious, well-equipped and airy house. More than enough kitchen utensils. Eduardo was a great host, extremely kind and quick to answer questions.

My family and I loved staying at Petri's house. The house has a barbecue area, with a pizza oven and a wood-burning stove, all equipped with a refrigerator and is in front of the pool, great to enjoy! The pool is great, the accommodations are great, the kitchen has plenty of utensils! The house is very well located within the condominium, you can do everything on foot: go to the convenience area, concierge, fishing area and it is a few steps from the house that sells ice cream and açaí. In the evening, they had a fair with a food truck with several tasty treats. We loved it! Petri is very kind, gave us all the guidelines and coordinates and always responded very quickly. I want to come back more often and highly recommend it!

Elisete responded promptly, excellent house, with all necessary utensils, very spacious, cozy, close to the city center, safe, calm and quiet place for a good rest. We love it and we'll be back again for sure.

I went to celebrate my birthday with family and some friends, and we had an amazing SDF. About the house, we have nothing to say. Rooms with comfortable beds, fan and air-conditioning. Large, clean swimming pool. Kitchen super equipped with all the utensils, and plenty of dishes and glasses. Adriano is a Host of those who taste. Super attentive, cordial and pacient. He clarified my doubts and concerns promptly. It was all perfect. Ah, Adriano indicates the chef service of the Marinesia Chair, she is a love, and he cooks super well! Hope to return soon.

We were at Luciano and Silvia's house in mid-May, and the house really is beautiful, super spacious, very well distributed furniture, the whole house is super clean, large and airy rooms. The leisure area is a show apart, warm pool, large barbecue and oven, ambient sound, in short, it exceeded our expectations. When we had any questions or concerns, Silvia was always ready to help us and was super attentive. I highly recommend the space, clean, safe and super nice, we will return soon.

We love the space, super comfortable, super cool leisure area, super attentive hosts, wonderful weekend, Mrs. Emilia gave us some fruit. The water was a little cold, but it didn't stop us from having fun in the pool.

Excellent! Very clean, large and comfortable house. Air-conditioning in all rooms is a plus. It has many kitchen items, a refrigerator and freezer, as well as a refrigerator in the barbecue area. Dishwasher and washing machine were very helpful. We loved the stay.

My family and I had a great New Year's at Maíra's house. We found it at the last minute on Airbnb, we didn't visit as I usually do and we were positively surprised by the place, beautiful place, well decorated, great rooms, furniture, complete and extremely clean utensils as well as the cleanliness of the entire house. We loved it and will definitely be back.
