everything was perfect, the host was a 10 and I really liked the access to the place and the fact that the apartment was very close to the garage, making everyday life easier.

We love the flat It was very worth it. We were very close to the event we wanted to visit and had all the comforts in our accommodation. I recommend it.

The place was clean, in a great location near restaurants, walkable to mall, grocery stores and pharmacy. Easy to get uber. Apartment is clean, and well equipped for main needs of a short stay. Only down side is you can't fry anything in the kitchen stove (per renter's policy), but one can get around that. I would stay here again!

We really liked the apartment. It is very well located. The photos and description are consistent. For those who do not need a full kitchen, I believe that the cost-benefit is excellent. The communication was very clear and Andressa always responded very quickly. The only unforeseen event was that on the first day someone came into the apartment to deliver some utensils without any notification. We were not there but we noticed because the key had to be authenticated again. I spoke to Andressa and she apologized.

I stayed in the mini-house truck with my husband and our 2 children and it was an amazing experience, impeccable location and everything very well organized, the hydro massage was wonderful, a delicious space to have a barbecue and the coffee available in the kitchen was very good, in addition to the toast that was a full breakfast. Michele and César are super attentive and responsive! The stay exceeded my expectations, I recommend that you come and see it, for those looking for a quiet environment to rest, something totally different from a conventional stay, come and live this unique experience with family or friends!

Hosts are extremely proactive, polite and maintain clear contact. About the location, easy access and quiet to get to. The space is safe, with a quiet and flexible check-in. Our little house was charming, for those who enjoy this type of experience, you won't regret it! It has a full kitchen and the sleeping area is cozy! I recommend it… the only observation is about the shower, it's not hot and there's not much water! We love it.
