The Gunard farm has a large space, it was essential for the purpose for which I looted the space. The village had the flexibility of checking in and always helpful. The villagers live on site, which has helped me in case of any doubt or recurrence. Although it was a place with more rustic decor, it was well maintained, welcoming. It needs some adjustments to the ceiling fans and some lights, since they are more provenal items. The house is well equipped with cookware, pans and etc. I had everything I needed. It was very nice to stay there.

Our stay was spectacular! The house is wonderful, cozy place! It faces the forest that offers us an amazing view! Well spacious…we were super well accommodated ! The hosts Giovana and Cilmara were very helpful and kind, they respond to us quickly !! Giovana directed us to Mrs. Ivany to help us with the meals and it was also a wonderful experience! Super Solicit, whimsical and delicious cuisine! Our experience with this home was great ! I highly recommend

The place is exactly as advertised, with all the facilities for cooking or enjoying the outdoor area. Since the host doesn't charge a cleaning fee, the house isn't that clean. I would prefer if the cleaning fee were included.

I was at Chácara Toka with a group of friends and it was a great experience. The space is beautiful and very pleasant, where we could rest and enjoy. Great service, we were always answered quickly. Super recommend to everyone!

I believe it was the best accommodation ever rented by our family! Since the interior of the property and the external space is wonderful, the clean pool, the bonfire during the luau, the plants and trees, extreme cleaning inside the house, the smell of grandma's house, house completes the kitchen, the coziness of the beds and pillows finally we miss nothing but the friendliness and charisma of the couple was extraordinary! We will return with great pleasure and indicate!

The weather cooperated and we enjoyed every moment: during the day, sun in the pool with the perfect deck to relax; at night, the cold weather matched perfectly with the lit fireplace and the starry sky, which we could admire lying on the lounge chair. Excellent leisure option! The house is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, very comfortable, clean and equipped with all the necessary household utensils. The pool is huge and well maintained, and the lawn was also impeccable. The pool attendant was so discreet that we didn't even see him, which ensured total privacy. Wonderful farmhouse, exactly as shown in the photos. Easy to get to, the farm is inside a condominium, excellent for hiking and enjoying nature. The farm is quite spacious, clean, with all utensils. The rooms are all suites and with plenty of beds. Me and my family really enjoyed the holiday on site.

The place is wonderful, a place of peace. Ricardo the caretaker is super attentive and his wife Ana is wonderful too, she helped us on the weekend and made delicious food. Antonio is super fast in his responses and flexible in relation to schedules. It is certainly worth renting the kayak and jet skis to take a few laps around the reservoir and be enchanted by the beauty. We indicate a lot!!! *Some points to improve on the farm (already passed on to Antonio) but nothing that would affect your stay.

It was a great stay! It was everything like the announcement, we felt at ease and everything we needed Luiz was helpful to meet us. The place is very nice and fun for children and has all the structure to hold meals in the house. Super recommend it!

Clean and cozy house, new furniture and appliances. good structure of rooms, all suites and a bathroom near the pool that makes it a lot easier. A real heated pool, which allowed us to enjoy it even in moments of slightly cooler weather.

Mr. Ilco was always very helpful, he responded very quickly, the house is excellent, very spacious, the biggest highlight was certainly the pool that is really heated, it had an automatic temperature adjustment that made it ideal, my family enjoyed the many days we stayed there, very quiet and safe condominium, we will certainly be back soon!
