My sunny home is a short walk down a private road to Polzeath Beach, surf schools and a number of lovely shops & restaurants . You’ll love my place because of the seaviews and open farmland to the rear. There are fantastic walks all around. This property is suited to couples, groups of friends and families. Max 10 please Newly renovated with brand new comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. The Summer Shack has 2 large sofabeds, can sleep 2 kids or adults, or just use it as an extra living room.

Near Dartmoor and stunning beaches with surf. Private garden, riverside dining, 5 acres of meadows. Next door to great pub. NB We prefer week-long bookings in summer. Car advised!
