Great private apartment. Great location. Great reviews! Enjoy the best of Hastings and St Leonards. A light, spacious and quiet self contained apartment moments walk from Hastings Pier, the beach and within easy walking distance to the restaurants, pubs and shops of both Hastings Old Town and St Leonards. With it's own front door, you're welcome to come and go as you please. The property is on a lovely row of Victorian villas in a Conservation Area which overlooking the sea and the pier.

Situated in a secluded part of our 16th century farm, this detached, south facing cart barn has been converted to a very high standard. In an ideal location overlooking a large duck pond and with distant views to the South Downs. It is a great base for walking the Wealdway or cycling the Cuckoo Trail. Places to explore include Lewes and Eastbourne, 9 miles. Glyndebourne 6 miles. An excellent pub and restaurant is within a ten minute walk along country footpaths. The village shop 2 miles.
