Our family-friendly vacation home on our small farm is located in a very sunny and quiet location near the village, in the hiking area Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau). The Celtic city of Hallein can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, the Mozart city of Salzburg can be reached in about 30 minutes, and the nearest ski resort can be reached in 40 minutes. Various summer and winter hiking trails/bathing lakes invite you to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. In 2026, my guests will also receive the Tennengau Card and mobility ticket by email.

Quiet and idyllic vacation home

You will be staying on a typical regional farm in the mountains. The house is accessible via a MOUNTAIN ROAD about 10 km outside the village area (supermarket) in a quiet location. It is comfortably furnished, and you have to provide your own hot water and room heating with a wood-burning stove in the cold season. Ideally suited for self-catering. Bring your own duvet covers. The local tax is €3 per night and per person; children up to the age of 15 are free. The Tennengau Card and the Mobility Ticket are included.

Sunny, cozy apartment on the organic mountain farm

Fantastic mountain idyll, magnificent views of Hohe Göll, Watzmann, Kalter, Untersberg,..., all day sun, a sensational balcony. It is not for nothing that the opening sequence of "Sound of Music" was shot here... bathroom, kitchen high quality and new, amenities cozy and traditional. With solar and wood heating, as well as a new PV system, you live absolutely climate-neutral. Internet is available, but slow. Chickens, sheep, cats, alpine pasture, children welcome, small playground, Bullerbü on the mountains!

The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. Welcome to the Laschenskygut in Wals near Salzburg! The apartment house is located on the outskirts of Salzburg, surrounded by green meadows with a magnificent view of the mountains. With a direct bus connection, only 600 meters away, you can get directly to the city center of Salzburg. A restaurant and bakery are within walking distance. Many excursion destinations can be reached by public transport or by car. This can be parked in the free car park directly at the accommodation.

Apartment with terrace at the edge of the forest near Salzburg

The apartment is located in the beautiful idyllic Rupertiwinkel. Our great garden at the edge of the forest, with birdsong and the sheep on the pasture next door, overlooking the mountains is pure relaxation. The best way to get to us is by car. The apartment is located in the basement. Cleaning agents and disinfectants are there. A bike path leads around Lake Waginger and Lake Taching, the warmest lake in Bavaria. The heath hike with the moor lake is only a kilometer away.

Between Munich and Salzburg, in the heart of the Chiemgau, 15 km from Lake Chiemsee, lies my apartment in the duplex style. On 68 square meters you will find everything for a short break or an extended hiking or cycling holiday. Start your day with breakfast on the fully furnished balcony, or end it on the deck chair in the communal garden. The apartment was partially renovated in winter 2019/20 and is tastefully furnished. The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

The apartment is located on the upper floor (3rd floor) of the converted, former old agricultural mill in the heart of Siezenheim. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a separate entrance. Families with children are warmly welcome. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. A parking space is available free of charge directly in the yard. Double room in 250-year-old original Tyrolean farm. Wonderfully sunny and central location but still surrounded by nature. A 3,000 sqm garden invites you to sunbathe, play and barbecue in summer. Double room with toilet and shower, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. In the double room, there is a small fridge, coffee maker, a kettle, microwave, glasses, cups and flatware as a small starting aid for the day.

Our newly renovated studio is located in the attic of a well-kept single-family home on Dürrnberg overlooking the legendary Untersberg. The studio impresses with lots of glass and light. There is also underfloor heating in the studio.
