NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Living between farms - In this loft, newly renovated in 2020, you will stay in a former functional building about 600 meters from Lake Chiemsee. Ideal for sporting activities, whether by bike or on foot or as a starting point for a hike in the Chiemgau and Inn Valley mountains as well as a visit to the royal castle. The cities of Munich and Salzburg are each only about 1 hour away. After your excursions, you can enjoy the spacious south terrace of your accommodation.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.
