Natural materials and sustainability await you on two levels in our solid wood house, completed in 2022. Downstairs is the living-cooking-dining area with sofa bed and terrace, upstairs the panoramic bedroom and bathroom with rainfall shower. Enjoy the coziness and warmth of the spruce wood. Discover the beautiful nature that surrounds us here in the national park.

The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and with its 120 m² of living space comfortably accommodates 6 people. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, secluded terrace and a wild romantic garden by the stream. On the first floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. A total of 5 bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a sauna and shower.

The 80 m², bright two-room apartment, on the 2nd floor, is located in the middle of the spa zone 1. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Free parking is available about 200 m from the house at the Rupertus Therme. There is space for your bicycles in the garage. The spa is just 4 minutes away, and the city center is about 7 minutes away. If you arrive before check-in or after check-out, you can leave your luggage with us in the protected basement exit at your own risk.
