A huge thank you for a great stay! The welcome was impeccable, the house was perfectly clean, comfortable and even better than in the photos. A 5-star experience, I would recommend it without so much as a second thought and I would happily come back!

This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

We stayed for 3 nights with our two children at Stefano's and we enjoyed it very much! The location was very, very quiet and you were very quickly on foot at the subway, where we could easily reach all attractions The Vatican was within walking distance. The small balcony was really wonderful to sit outside, where we could enjoy our Prosecco, which was already chilled for us by the host. The apartment was very clean and tidy. We felt completely comfortable! We would come back anytime!

Giacomo and his family were very welcoming. Communication was impeccable. The accommodation is well-kept and very central, a few minutes' walk from the canal port. It was a great experience, thank you!

House with a wonderful garden, nestled in the hills of Romagna. It turned out to be the perfect place for us and our dog, who were looking for a quiet place, but just a few minutes' drive from the city. The garden (fully fenced) always has large shaded areas during the day. The house has everything you need for both short and long stays: kitchen with numerous dishes, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and good wifi connection. Mauro is a very active host: we had a small setback during check-in and he solved it immediately. The ideal solution for those looking for a few days of absolute peace!

We stayed two nights in this pleasant room, complete with everything and cozy. Very nice and bright bathroom. Impeccable cleanliness. Literally a stone's throw from the beautiful Porto Canale, which allows you not to use the car because the area offers excellent restaurants. You can reach the beach in a 20-minute walk.

The place is as described in a posting. The apartment is very clean. It is near the beach and a grocery store is near by.

Mattia's apartment is very cozy and equipped with everything you need. The area is also very quiet and strategic to visit both the Adriatic coast and the wonderful villages of the hinterland of Rimini Cesena. We would definitely go back 😄

We had a great time at Gabriel's. We did not meet Gabriel personally but he was always concerned about our satisfaction. His bikes were very useful. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the beach but a bit far from the train station and the historic center of Rimini (25-30 minute walk). The only downside is the presence of several dogs (locked in the courtyards) that bark at all times. Fortunately the night is quiet.

We (two adults, two 14-year-old sons) felt very comfortable in the place from the beginning. The furnishings were practical and simple, no frills. The division also suited us: the parents downstairs, the youth upstairs.The location was😉 also right for us. We can highly recommend the accommodation!

An amazing house facing the sea. The beach downstairs! No danger, easy with children. A beautiful terrace and garden. This is a really nice environment. Be careful for those who want to sleep... a little noisy (bar and music until late at night but that's the price to pay to have such a beautiful house ) provide quiescent balls, which we had anticipated! Same in the morning there is the noise of those who clean the beach. Other than that, great welcome from Fabrizio and very nice seaside resort with good restaurants. A unique place! I recommend it and hope to return one day!

A lovely apartment in a very beautiful village. Everything was exactly as described and Teresa is an attentive host. A faultless experience - we couldn’t be happier.

Sweet, easy amd nice place

apartment is very large and roomy. very clean and neat. it was nice having 2 bathrooms. plenty of hot water for the showers. nice cafe on ground floor right on the beach with private area if wanted. windows and balcony are not ocean facing. owner was very responsive.

Our stay in Teodorano was simply fantastic! The accommodation is super nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. Antonella, our hostess, was totally warm and made us feel right at home with her open manner. Her husband was also super helpful and supported us in everything – both are just wonderful people. And the best part: Antonella is a fantastic cook! As a surprise, she even gave us something delicious for the onward journey – what a lovely gesture! We really enjoyed the time there and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommended!

Stefano and his partner, Arina were fantastic hosts. The apartment was perfect. Big balcony, great amenities, great location near the harbour. It was one of the best stays we have had. We were sad to leave. Thanks guys 🙏💕

Sara's apartment is large and comfortable and having two bathrooms available is fantastic. Sara was very kind and helpful, we had a great time. She also left us a cake she made (delicious), a thought that we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Mira is a great host, super kind and friendly, who was very concerned about me and my friends. We had a really good time in her house as it is very well equipped and with practically all the comforts you could ask for. The house, although not huge, was very welcoming with its very beautiful bedrooms and its modern bathroom, not to mention the balcony that, although not very large, allowed us to spoil a few meals sitting with a sea view. In conclusion, Mira's house was really a great choice and if there is an opportunity we will definitely return.

Raffallella apartment is in a great location in the old town. Beside everything you need to see Handy to get to the station and the beach. She was so kind and helpful Can only say good things about her and her apartment Thank you for everything

Very modern and comfortable apartment with beautiful sea views. The place is very well designed and fully equipped. Supersized TVs in the lounge and the bedroom and a hot tub on the balcony are a real treat! Ample secure parking in the courtyard, walking distance to all amenities - shops, restaurants and the beach. Perfect location. Federico is an excellent host, always responsive and friendly. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Federico's apartment 😁👍
