La residenza e’ veramente bella, curata, e confortevole. La posizione centrale e’ ottima e silenziosa, in pochi minuti abbiamo abbiamo potuto raggiungere vari luoghi di interesse del centro storico di Ravenna. La casa e’ pulita e ben attrezzata, gli host precisi e professionali. Ottima esperienza, tornerei subito. Grazie

Ho soggiornato a casa di Debora per un week end al mare con la mia famiglia: Breve stacco prima delle vere vacanze attesissime. Nonostante io abbia tardato un bel po a causa del traffico nel raggiungere casa di Debora, la Signora si è fatta trovare impeccabilmente al nostro arrivo, ci ha mostrato le cose da conoscere della casa che ci avrebbe ospitato e si è resa disponibile per tutte le necessità avremmo potuto avere. La casa è accogliemte e ben tenuta, si notano la pulizia e la precisione dell'host. Esperienza più che consigliata.

L’alloggio di Tiziana è quanto di meglio si possa desiderare se si cerca pace, silenzio e immersione nella natura. Vicinissimo alla casa un sentiero vi porta ad una cascata e in 5 km di salita si arriva all’Eremo di Carpegna. Altrimenti se ci si sposta con la macchina vi sono molti luoghi naturali e storici di interesse a pochi km di distanza. Se ci capita di tornare nella zona saremo felici di essere ospitati di nuovo da Tiziana.

Die Kommunikation mit Giulia war jederzeit herzlich. Auch der Check-In und Check-Out, den ihre Mutter übernommen hat, verlief unkompliziert. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung im Inserat – sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das Willkommensbrot sowie über die bereitgestellten Kleinigkeiten wie Kaffee, Trinkwasser und Milch. Ein kostenloser, abgesperrter Parkplatz stand ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist gut erreichbar und liegt relativ zentral zwischen der Altstadt von San Marino und der Staatsgrenze – beides ist zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn auch nicht direkt ums Eck.

Validissima alternativa di alloggio rispetto a quelle classiche in città. Ideale per chi voglia concedersi una fuga romantica. Anche per me, che ci sono andata con mia figlia adolescente , è stato piacevolissimo. Lo consiglio a chiunque, purché non abbia problemi di deambulazione, visto che si tratta di alloggio in borgo arroccato

Io e la mia morosa abbiamo soggiornato lì per due notti, purtroppo siamo tornati subito al lavoro. Ma è un alloggio davvero comodo sia per la posizione in centro, per la pulizia che per la cordialità di Patrick. Tutto quanto molto bello

Francesco was super helpful. Place was as described. Walkable from train station. Steps away from a laundromat (apt does have a washer a machine) and a cafe pretty much next door. It was perfect for our one night stay prior to our cruise sailing out of Ravenna.

We had a fantastic time at Marianna's place. She's a formidable host and we were very grateful for her help during our stay. The place is spacious, confortable and close to the city center. We enjoyed her little library of Ravenna's cultural sites, which are absolutely fantastic. We also enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the coffee and breakfast things that were at our disposal. Thank you Marianna!

Oste gentile e buona accoglienza. Ambiente tranquillo, pulito e piacevole. Arredamenti nuovi. Quando tornerò a Rimini sicuramente considererò di soggiornare nuovamente

Apparemment calme très propre et bien équipé il ne manquait rien avec de petites attentions qui font plaisir et le parking qui est un plus . Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Mooi en ruim appartement op een minuut loopafstand van het strand en winkeltjes en horeca. Met een eigen parkeerplaats op 50 meter afstand. De twee strandbedjes (inclusief !!) maken het helemaal af. Carlotta is een attente host die goed communiceert en heel snel reageert. Kortom: een aanrader.

Siamo stati accolti personalmente dal nostro host, Alberto, in una casa accogliente situata in una posizione ideale, a pochi passi dall'entroterra e a soli 15-20 minuti a piedi dal mare. La casa è ben fornita di tutto il necessario, compresi accessori per la doccia come asciugamani e shampoo. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti, incluso un frigorifero. La parte più piacevole della casa è senza dubbio la terrazza, dove è possibile pranzare o cenare all'aperto godendo di una vista ammirevole. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chi cerca una sistemazione confortevole e tranquilla vicino al mare , penso di ritornarci in futuro !

Lovely, warm apartment with great views- at the front over to Rimini and the Adriatic and a side view of the castles above at San Marino City which looked particularly good at night. The apartment had everything we needed. Chiara sent photos to help us locate the apartment and the parking space which was very helpful although it still took us a few minutes to find it! The apartment had everything we needed. Due to the thick walls, the wi-fi signal was only really good in the living room but that was fine for us. Only a 5 minute walk to the gondola taking you up to the city.

Ottima esperienza. Appartamento molto pulito e ordinato. Nicoletta molto gentile e flessibile per l'orario del check in. Colazione abbondante e varia (tutto confezionato ma buono), cosa non comune di questi tempi. Posizione molto comoda per chi come me doveva andare al palacongressi che dista 50 metri e si raggiunge in un minuto. Consigliato.

Sergio was a very kind and helpful person. The apartment is small and basic but very clean and I was able to cook basic meals (there is a gas stove and a small grill type oven, which I didn't use). The kitchen equipment is basic but sufficient. The shower is excellent! the bed very comfortable. It is in a quiet and peaceful location. I had a great time and used it as a base to visit Fano, the seaside and the hills, all on my bike.

Siamo stati ospiti di Franca e Gian Luigi che sono due persone molto ospitali e disponibili. La casa è molto spaziosa e pulita in una zona comoda , supermercato, bar, locali e lavanderia self service raggiungibili a piedi. Ci hanno lasciato a disposizione anche delle biciclette e una colazione varia. Consigliatissimi

L'alloggio era fantastico, pulito. L'host è stato gentile e cordiale. Molto soddisfatta e lo consiglierei sicuramente. Soggiornerò sicuramente qui per il mio prossimo viaggio a Rimini. Ringrazio a Salvatore per la sua disponibilità, gentilezza e simpatia. Il mio soggiorno a Rimini è riuscito e sono felice di questa vacanza!

Had the most beautiful and lovely time with Carmen and Max in their family home. The grandparents, parents and sons are all so warm, welcoming and inviting and I felt so at home with them. Carmen makes delicious cakes and it’s like a buffet for breakfast! They will take very good care of you the whole time - giving recommendations, making sure you get home safely and chatting to you even if you don’t speak Italian. This was the best time, thank you Carmen and Max!!!!

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

Wat een heerlijke ontvangst. Maria en Gabriel zijn extra toffe mensen en zelfs Leila een lieve en aanhankelijke hond kwam ons al tegemoet als we aankwamen. Het panorama is adembenemend en zo rustig. De accomodatie heel netjes en al wat er nodig is. Een heerlijk, telkens vers gemaakt ontbijt elke morgen. Een 10 op alle gebied en wij gaan zeker nog terug.

Gabriele è stato molto disponibile durante tutta la durata del soggiorno: dal comunicare come raggiungere il suo alloggio al momento della colazione (ottima anche quella!). Appartamento molto pulito dotato di condizionatore con letto comodissimo. Consigliatissimo!

Mirko és családja a legnagyobb szeretettel fogadtak minket, elképesztő jó házigazdák, bár maradhattunk volna több napot. Mindenképpen visazaterunk, gyonyoru az egész épület, nem érdemes kihagyni

Auf einem Hügel mit traumhafter Aussicht, morgens den Sonnenaufgang durch die großen Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer genießen, im Garten mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume von Agnese und in die wunderschöne Landschaft frühstücken...was will man mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig. Die Küche mit 5 flammigem Herd und Backofen läd zum Kochen ein, wenn man denn einmal nicht in einer der Trattorien der Umgebung mit romagnolischer Kücher essen möchte. Agnese ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und mit ihren Tipps haben zum Gelingen unseres Urlaubs wesentlich beigetragen. Was man wissen sollte...die Gegend ab Haus ist eher etwas für sportlch ambitionierte Radfahrer, man kann aber direkt schöne Wanderungen unternehmen; die Zufahrt über einen Kiesweg ist etwas holprig aber gut machbar; man braucht ein Auto zum Einkaufen und zur Erkundung der wunderschönen weiteren Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt . Es war wie beschrieben sauber , gutes Frühstück und die Gastgeber und ihre Angestellten waren äußerst freundlich . Wir würden jederzeit wieder hingehen und können es nur empfehlen !
