What a great place to stay. I didn't get a chance to meet Karen, but I did meet Brian. Super cool host. They obviously put a lot of care into this apartment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bentonville. Location is very walkable to everything downtown, and you can bike to all the trail areas. I didn't really have to move the car while I was there. Really first class all around! Thanks for a great stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautifully maintained and serene apartment. Everything about the space felt thoughtfully designed for comfort—from the spotless, well-equipped kitchen to the luxurious rainfall shower and ultra-comfy bed. The A/C worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and inviting throughout my stay. Although I didn’t use it on this trip, easy access to the garage to park bikes is a great feature. The location is excellent—situated near the edge of the downtown area, just a short walk or bike ride from fantastic restaurants and local spots, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. Kathryn was an outstanding host—responsive, helpful, and with great recommendations. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and she made sure I had everything I needed for an enjoyable visit. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Mark’s place was very neat, clean, and well equipped with all modern facilities. It was a very comfortable stay and I will recommend it to anyone who comes across.

We loved our stay. The apartment was clean, well-furnished and quite modern. The location was within 2-3 miles of the Art Museum and Downtown attractions. It was easy to check in and the house rules and checking out instructions were clear and to the point. Another big plus was the balcony for morning coffee and relaxing before our busy days. The airport is across the street, so we enjoyed seeing some of the planes take off and land. Just a heads up to you coffee drinkers the coffee was excellent and provided but do bring your creamer and sugar as there was none in the unit No problem for us, we just went to the store that was very close and purchased some for our stay. All in all, this apartment was a slam dunk winner, and we will definitely go back when in Bentonville!!

This is probably one of the best AirBNB’s I have ever been to. Bill contacted me ahead of time to help set up passes for the community to utilize a lot of the amenities in town. This was in a great spot to easily get around all of NWArkansas. The place was clearly a home that is loved by the owners with all that is included and thought out into it with even having cookies that most likely seemed home made on the counter when we arrived to the provided kayaks on their private dock the property is on to the bike maintenance room to the many different outdoor spots with the multilevel decks to fire pit. When we make our way back to NWA, we will definitely keep this place saved to go back to!

We had an amazing stay! The house was exactly as described and so clean!! The host was friendly and made sure we were able to contact her if anything came up. Great location and so many things to do nearby! Will definitely be booking again in the near future!!

This home did not disappoint - From the bed, and linens, which were nice and soft. To the kitchen with its large, very practical island. To the bathrooms well stocked with amenities like Q-tips, cotton balls, etc. We enjoyed our stay and this beautiful home with a beautiful backyard and deck.

Great floor plan with plenty of space. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Floor-to-ceiling windows provided beautiful natural light even on an overcast day. The pool table, sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge are in top-notch condition. Down Under trail is a favorite in the Little Sugar system. We'd definitely stay there again.

Yurik was an awesome host, very helpful and quick to respond. Liked the cleanliness, easy check in and property was exactly as stated in listing. Perfectly located for a scenic drive to Eureka Springs, Branson, Bentonville and Devil’s Bend state park. I would highly recommend to anyone . Our dog loved the fenced yard and taking walks in the quiet wooded neighborhood.

This place is fantastic. So cozy and welcoming. Beds are comfortable, kitchen had all the things we needed, bathrooms were clean and so pretty. And that back deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee. What a great place. Hope to stay there again.

Unique and well appointed home that drips with style and comfort!!

Clean, quiet, and fantastic location! Perfect spot for one or two people looking for walkability to coffee, restaurants, shops, etc. We parked our car and did not use it the rest of our stay. Tracy and Eric were helpful, responsive, and flexible with a last minute change in plans. Much appreciated! Hope to stay here again soon.

Pink Door BnB is great! We never had any issues. They were very courteous and checked on us upon arrival to make sure we did not need anything extra. We had one request and it was to extend our stay if available. They responded quickly and were very helpful with extending our stay. Our stay in Bentonville at Patrick's home was just perfect and everything we were expecting! He communicated all instructions very well and responded quickly to any questions. The apartment was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Also, it is a great location within minutes walking distance to the Bentonville square.

Great location - we could walk to all the downtown Bentonville highlights in 5-10 minutes. The house was exactly what we wanted - everything as described. Craig was very responsive and helpful.

We loved having a place where all the adults could have a king sized bed. The location was very convenient to a family reunion we were attending in Bella Vista/Tanyard park area. Nels responded quickly to us, and we look forward to staying when we come to the area again.

Steps away from downtown it was perfect for our vacation! Lots of great places to eat! The parking was right outside the door. The downstairs had both bathrooms and both main bedrooms, with the upstairs having the kitchen and the living room area with the two twin beds. The only thing that was a pain was that the thermostat had to be changed upstairs and in all the bedrooms to work (at least that’s what we found). Overall a great location!
