Extremely satisfied, especially for the affordability of this location. It was very close to so many things we wanted to do during our vacation. it was exactly how we had hoped and expected it to be.

Jessica’s place was perfect for what we needed. It was extremely clean and had more than what we needed for our overnight stay. She even had treats for our dog! He was most appreciative. 🐶 I was in town for work and the work area (desk) was so helpful. If the need arises for me to visit NW Arkansas again, I will most definitely book again if it’s available.

Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful home backing up to a very peaceful view of the greenway. Quick access to mountain bike trails and a quiet neighborhood. We have our own vacation rental property and I took pictures of the very well thought out details so we can make a few changes to ours to provide a better experience for our guests. Great location for mountain biking and a great garage to stage your ride from. Would definitely recommend!

The townhouse is very clean, well-stocked, and quiet. Relaxing on the back deck surrounded by tree canopy and sounds of nature was priceless. Shauna is very responsive and accommodating. Thank you!
