Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Bella Vista

We had a great stay at Michael’s place. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend with our two families including 5 kiddos under 6. Great place for kids! We had fun kayaking and exploring Hobbs state park. Michael was very responsive and gave great recs!

This house was perfect for our family of 13 (seven kids, seven years old and younger). The basement space was perfect for them to spread out and play and have a giant cousin sleepover. The deck was spacious and the view gorgeous. The deck was freshly completed and the family spent hours swimming in the lake. The house was as described and the host was super responsive to any questions and concerns that we had. Bella Vista is a fun town and this was the perfect launching place for all of our adventures. Thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Jen was awesome from start to finish. We had an issue with the refrigerator and Jen was promptly rectified the situation. The house was great, the surroundings were beautiful, and conveniently located to golf/restaurants. Would not hesitate to book with Jen again. Chad Bearden

We loved our stay. Hot tub was great, showers were really nice and large and all the kitchen items you need. We didn't have our pets but loved how pet friendly they were with a towel offered and bowls for food and water!

Everything was fabulous! Beautiful home, cozy and welcoming. Hot tub was great and visited prairie creek marina just a 10 minute drive away. Also appreciated we could bring our pup. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. Rodney was a communicative and friendly host and was helpful. The location was great, just a short drive from Bentonville, and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the lake had more kayaks than motorized boats, though those using motorized boats were respectful of the tranquil vibe of the lake. The lake is accessible from the backyard of the house, and the dock was great for swimming and kayaking. The house was more than big enough for the 4 of us and would accommodate the maximum party of 7 well.

What a spectacular stay! Possibly my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Haven's place is in a beautiful location with everything my husband and I needed for a long weekend. We enjoyed our time at the cabin, taking our kayak out for a paddle one morning on Beaver Lake. The dock was just a short walk away. We also enjoyed exploring so many of the fun things NWA has to offer. One thing to note, as others have mentioned, is that while the property is remote, it is not very private. There are multiple stays on the same property, one of which is a large home/wedding venue that had an extended family staying there. While we were not bothered in the least (we had read the description and reviews so knew what to expect), if you're looking to be by yourself, this probably isn't the spot for you. Haven was a wonderful host and offers so many things to enhance your stay. We could tell a lot of thought went into making this an excellent stay for guests. We will be back!

Blueberry Escape was a cozy, beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were updated and very nice. We had to leave a day early due to a death in the family and were unable to contact the host directly to ensure they were aware of our early departure. Overall, it was a great home and we would consider staying here again.

The home was beautiful and cozy from the time we walked in. Pictures were exactly as described and the home was spotless and exactly what we were looking for! The area was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed getting out and driving the backroads, sitting on the deck watching deer, soaking in the hot tub after exploring the town all day, to watching a movie on the couch at the end of the night. The bed was so comfortable. Chuck and Heather were very accommodating and checked in multiple times, as well as suggested things to do in the area. We got to escape for our first time away together to celebrate our 15 year wedding anniversary, and can’t wait to visit again and bring our teenagers! It was absolutely amazing! Everything was exactly what we were expecting, and we fell in love with the beautiful craftsmanship! This cabin was absolutely beautiful. We had a great stay for the weekend. Very quiet and restful! Even with a few hiccups, the host Heath was very nice and responsive to try and help us with our issues (even with being out of town). Anytime I go to this area, I will be checking back to see if this listing is available because we had a great time!
