Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Bay County

It’s a cute little space, perfectly fine for our young family of five visiting for two nights. We brought a pack and play for the baby and had enough room for everyone. The pull out couch bed isn’t great, but it also wasn’t the worst! Walking to the beach was a breeze & as a result there is no sand in our car! That’s definitely a win! The property could use better beach-goer amenities, like an outdoor shower and a place to hang wet things for drying. Overall, though, fantastic stay. Great price for the proximity to the beach, which is all we were interested in for such a short stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The Fish House reminded us of our grandparent’s place on the Gulf. Very charming!

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much. The kids loved having the pool, as the beaches were double red flags most of our stay. The space was beautiful. It was very spacious. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We had every cooking utensils we needed to enjoy a couple home cooked meals. Ginger was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. She gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. The Airbnb is located in a nice area. We felt safe the entire time. It was definitely worth the price. We would love to stay again in the future.

the place was good, only suggestion the beds were not comfortable at all, they made a lot of noise and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. in the leaving room the first night was uncomfortable because they don't have curtains and been that it was my kids and I it was scaring, but we covered them with the towels, the yard was not clean and was not able to take my pets out. But we made it to be a home feeling after the third day. this are not negative points, just a suggestion to be better. your place is very lovely but it needs a little of tlc on this suggestions. It is a great place to stay in general. I enjoyed the flexible check-in/out time the host approved. The only thing I might bring up is the two of the lights in the fan don’t work. Otherwise it’s a pleasant experience!

This was an incredible stay! Natalie was so sweet the and always quick to answer, the home was in a beautiful neighborhood safe for walks or runs. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again if I’m back in town:)

The beach cart provided was a total game changer—it rolled effortlessly on the sand and made beach days a breeze. The unit was spotless and incredibly clean, which we really appreciated. It’s fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We also loved how close everything was—stores, restaurants, and even ice cream were all just minutes away. Truly a fantastic place to stay—we can’t wait to come back!

The condo is very nice, clean, peaceful. Pictures are wonderful in showing you what to expect yet the experience of it is So Much More. I definitely recommend this location. 2 thumbs up, a perfect score

Staying at Mira was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and she was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!. Definitely be back next year.

This place exceeded our expectations! A very easy walk across the side street (not a busy main road!) to the public access; it was perfect for our beach vacation. Incredibly wonderful to have a spotless bathroom, plenty of towels, and a really nice WD for us to use! I will definitely be back!

We loved staying here and having a place so close to local bars and restaurants! And the Air B&B itself was so lovely. We especially enjoyed the patio and sunset view! I’d highly recommend staying here!

Parking was great at the apartment and the park. There was a veterans d day celebration we were able to view from the front porch. Nice for family stay. Bedrooms open layout. It was great for my needs this trip.

My husband and our friends really enjoyed our stay. We were already talking about the next time we are in town we plan to rent Megan’s property again! Everything was clean. The view was gorgeous. Check in and check out were smooth. And the property felt safe. I would highly recommend this property!!

This place was the perfect, most comfortable space I’ve been to in a while. It’s ideal for a couple who wants to get away from the chaos of the world, with the type of privacy we had. I would definitely recommend this one for personal getaway needs!

Leesa was a wonderful host—very responsive and kind throughout our stay. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The door lock was a bit tricky at first, but we figured it out quickly. The place was very clean and just as described in the listing. We had a great stay and will definitely keep this spot in mind for future trips!

Mark & Pam’s Air BnB lived up to their stellar reviews! My husband and I had a lovely stay over Memorial Day weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The condo looked just like the photos + Mark & Pam had amazing recommendations of things to do and places to eat every day. Mark & Pam also supplied ALL the beach essentials- towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. On our first day, we discovered the umbrella was broken and they were quick to purchase and deliver a new one to our door. If you can, definitely rent bikes! We loved biking into Rosemary Beach every day for dinner, ice cream, or the farmer’s market. All in all a beautiful and perfect beach trip- will definitely recommend to our friends and family!
