House vacation rentals in Bay County

This house was perfect for our big family. Everything was as described and the hosts were prompt with responding to any questions. The kiddos loved the pool area! The walk to the beach was quick, overall great location!

Joe’s home was lovely and a perfect size for our group. The home was beautifully designed and the backyard was a staple during our stay. The pool was heated perfectly for us. The house was extremely close to the beach just a five minute walk! We would love to stay at Joe’s place again in the future!

Our stay was much better than expected. Everything was perfect and ready when we got there. The back yard and pool were amazing. Great for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The outdoor shower was perfect for cleaning up. The beds were very comfortable also. We definitely plan on making this place our yearly stay. Wendy was an awesome host!

Paula was very awesome from jump as soon as we booked place for our 2 year wedding anniversary. Without us even asking she was sending very useful information such as local restaurants, things to do and etc. Place was very clean, well kept and beautiful view of the ocean from the window/balcony! Paula was very responsive and check on us regularly to make sure our stay was amazingly remarkable. I recommend her place to anyone! Thanks a million times for opening your place to us Paula!

The stunning balcony view and being steps to the beach made this recently remodeled condo ideal for us (two parents with teens). We were blown away by the spaciousness inside and the modern, comfortable decor. Great beds and showers, nice appliances, everything provided that we could possibly need (fans, beach chairs/towels/umbrella/toys/cooler), and just an overall warmth and hospitality. You could also rent beach chairs and umbrellas or do parasailing and more right on the beach. There are carts available to bring up groceries and luggage on the surprisingly fast elevators. The bar across the street and being in a large high rise condo setting made for some noise at times, but we used white noise apps at night and had no issues. It's an older condo, but clean with easy parking and access to everything. On top of everything else, Kelli was incredibly responsive and friendly! We loved her restaurant recs. NOTHING beats the view, convenience, or loveliness of this gorgeous Airbnb.

This condo on Panama City Beach was roomy and tastefully decorated. The large windows and sliding glass doors provided a beautiful view of the ocean. We were very pleased with this rental.

This home was absolutely charming—beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and even more delightful in person than in the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The space was not only spotless but also well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was seamless; they were kind, responsive, and attentive throughout our visit. This was my second time staying at this beautiful spot, and I already can’t wait to come back! The location right on the shores of St. Andrew’s Bay is absolutely perfect—peaceful, scenic, and just steps away from the water. One of the highlights is having access to a shared private beach with other Airbnb guests, which gives you the best of both worlds: a little community vibe and plenty of space to relax. Everything in the house worked perfectly, and I had no issues during my stay. It’s clear the host takes great care of the property. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore the area, this place is a gem. Highly recommend!

Lily’s place was wonderful and absolutely perfect for our group of 7! When I think of a classic beach house this house is exactly what I picture! In a beautiful, historic neighborhood surrounded by Lakes and plenty to do! One of our favorite parts was the outdoor shower! Once we figured out how great it was all 7 of us took turns using it. Made me want one at home! If you’re in the Panama City Beach area, I highly recommend Lily’s place. We had everything we needed and were more than comfortable. We will be back!!

The home was absolutely beautiful. Everyone enjoyed the games and pool table. Mitzi was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the back patio and the wild life that wondered up.

What a wonderfully quaint place. Super clean with personal touches that made the stay so nice. We live in a beachy location and it was so nice that they had everything that we would normally have at home. From the moment we arrived we felt right at place. We look forward to returning to Mexico Beach so that we can stay at this Airbnb again.

I had a great stay at Sarah’s place in Panama City Beach! The unit was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was super easy with a keyless entry system. Sarah was a fantastic host—always friendly, quick to respond, and very communicative throughout the trip. The location was perfect for my vacation. We were just a 1-minute drive from the beach and close to plenty of activities, restaurants, and shops. The unit had everything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home. Another big plus: since the rental is part of a home in a residential neighborhood, it was very quiet and peaceful—no loud noises or crowds, which made it extra relaxing. The neighborhood itself felt safe and friendly. While walking my dog, I met several neighbors out walking, biking, and jogging. One of Sarah’s neighbors even offered me some freshly cooked flounder he had caught that day! I highly recommend this spot!

Had a great time, we enjoyed the place very much! Any questions we had Jeff responded super fast even called to make it quicker. We needed to check in early and they worked with us!

We enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and quiet felt very cozy. Erika was an amazing host quick to respond and helpful with areas. Made us feel very secure and safe. Very nice and sweet and overall amazing .My friends and I were enjoyed it for sure all the beds were very comfy. She made sure to let us know what was needed to be know & continued to check in would recommend!

Kathy’s home was perfect for our family. Everything was even better than we expected. Quiet area. A lot of space for the kids to play. Overall amazing experience. I would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay, Julie was very accommodating and quick to respond. Her place is directly on the beach amongst other homes which made the area a lot more private compared to the rest of the beach on both sides further down where there are several hotels and very crowded. We were always able to have our own spot on the beach right in front of the home and leave our set up for the day without feeling like we were inconveniencing any of the neighbors. We appreciated the comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and a well stocked kitchen with all the basic necessities and more in great quality. There was parking right by the door, a cute little deck set up, and outdoor shower. This place is truly a gem, I’m not sure we could have found a better place!

This BNB was absolutely amazing! I don’t think I seen enough reviews about how nostalgic and at-home this place feels. Our favorite part was the cubby with bean bags and the window. It’s a lot more space than what the photos portray, it’s even better! 10/10 recommend

We loved everything about our stay! The house is perfect for a family getaway it has games and entertainment for all ages, even for my two year old niece. Nina was always attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you so much!
