King's Court is a quiet, 4 bedroom, family home in a magical setting looking over the world heritage City of Bath. Sitting in beautiful gardens and untouched National Trust countryside, you have the city laid at your feet. Not only do you have stunning gardens and woodland for children (and adults!) to escape to, but you are a 3 min drive /13 min walk to the heart of Bath. Two large reception rooms, one with huge ceiling to floor glass, and a full length balcony mean you will not want to leave!

Boutique Country Retreat
Set in the grounds of a Manor House, the recently converted The Stables is a perfect place for families or small groups of up to 6 (or 8 with use of sofa bed - *additional cost pp). Two of the three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Downstairs a large entertaining and dining area leads to the a fully equipped kitchen. A utility room with washer and dryer leads to a shower room. There is a snug with large tv and a selection of games and books. French doors lead to a fabulous outdoor seating area

Fabulous House only 10-minutes walk to Roman Baths
A fantastic house that is the perfect place for friends and family to relax. The house is less than 10-minutes level walk from the city centre and Bath Rugby. Parking is available at Bath Cricket Club only 5-minutes walk away and the train station is less than 10-minutes walk. The house itself is spacious, with a large lounge, modern kitchen dining room with doors that open onto the rear courtyard making it great for entertaining. Upstairs there are 3-double bedrooms and one with ensuite.
