The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious ancient dovecote in a gorgeous peaceful countryside setting, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Private heated swimming pool available in summer. Upstairs there is a luxurious super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV and downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.
