Also within easy reach of 2 World Heritage sites Stonehenge and Avebury, and the beautiful City of Bath offering a shining example of Roman and Georgian history. Visitor attractions include numerous National Trust sites within the area.

The Lodge is at the heart of the stables, surrounded by trees and fields with views of the Bristol Channel. Perfect for family trips or business retreats, the Lodge is a flexible space. It is a peaceful place to unwind, and also large enough to relax with friends. The bustling centre of Bristol is only a 10 min drive away. Inside, the lodge is warm and cosy and filled with quirky vintage furniture. I designed and built Gallop View almost from scratch. I now want everyone else to also enjoy it!

Wayside Lodges are from 1 to 3 bedrooms and sleep up to 6 people. We are quietly located next to our own private woodland but are within two minutes drive of the A342. The lodges all have a fitted kitchen and have beds made up with our linen but guests need to bring their own personal towels.
