In the neighboring village of Bodstedt there is a traditional lagoon harbor, which is the home port for numerous sea boats for sailing and from which the lagoon ferry calls at several ports. Here you will also find quaint restaurants with freshly caught fish and regional delicacies.

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.
