On site: Wi-Fi, playground table tennis, badminton, meadow for soccer or volleyball.

It features an energy-efficient heat pump and a wood-burning stove that adds warmth and comfort on chilly evenings. For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernized by the end of 2025. Unfortunately, the construction project is significantly delayed. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.
