Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. It is a unique wood-clad architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and state-of-the-art interior design, which leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel right at home.

The villa in the thatched land by the sea offers tranquility, luxury and relaxation. Breakfast on the terrace can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, oven, toaster, kettle. For barbecue evenings there is a weaver grill. The living room offers a fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and Bluetooth system. Two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box spring beds, offer plenty of space to store. The bathroom has a bathtub and floor-level shower.

Welcome to our villa by the sea. The self-contained apartment offered here has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and small living / dining room with a fantastic view of the water. The house is in the best residential location of Stralsund. Via the promenade you can reach the harbour and the old town, which belongs to the world heritage site of Unesco, within walking distance in a few minutes. Our house has a limited number of free parking spaces in the yard.
