There is plenty of space here for a good price. It has 65 m², is in the old town of Barther, with beautiful water views of the lagoon and the "Adlige Fräuleinstift" founded in 1733. It is in the best location, quiet (Spielstraße) and yet central, right by the park, only 2 min. Walking distance to the market and also to the harbor promenade.

If you are looking for peace to relax, you will find it here. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the historic Vinetastadt Barth. This small harbor town at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula cordially invites every nature lover. So you will find behind our house a wide field on which in autumn the cranes like to take a break on their way to the south. The apartment has all modern amenities. It is on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via a spiral staircase.

With 57 square meters, the houseboat offers you everything your heart desires and guarantees a relaxing stay. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

It is only a few minutes by car or bike to the beach. Shopping (bakery, mini market, bike rental) in the village. Barth/Zingst with shopping facilities are easily accessible by bike/car. Am Meer seid ihr in 45 Min mit dem Rad und in 15 Min mit dem Auto. Fahrzeit Fähre vom Hafen Barth nach Zingst ca 45 Min.
