In the neighboring village of Bodstedt there is a traditional lagoon harbor, which is the home port for numerous sea boats for sailing and from which the lagoon ferry calls at several ports. Paula vacation home for 2 people

The very small but very rustic and cozy Paula vacation home has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping loft, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut tree, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed changes in the season, check-in time is generally 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Of course, it can also be more relaxed by arrangement! No pets. There is an extra charge for linens and electricity (in winter).

Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

This cosy holiday home is peacefully located in scenic surroundings in Denmark’s southernmost holiday area. It features an energy-efficient heat pump and a wood-burning stove that adds warmth and comfort on chilly evenings. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, convection oven, four ceramic hobs, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster and dishwasher. The open, light-flooded apartment in the attic is a perfect retreat for your stay in Rostock. The location on the edge of the residential area of Rostock-Kassebohm is also a good starting point to explore the city or surrounding area by bike or public transport. Shopping & bus stop are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. The apartment is perfect for those who want to spend just a couple of days or even a few weeks in the city.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Under our thatched roof you have the Bodden in view – the 70 sqm apartment is divided into two bedrooms and a very spacious living and dining area. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and cozy corner bathtub. In the living area with sofas and armchairs, the fireplace provides cozy warmth in stormy times. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.
