Relaxing, spacious, attractive space. Definitely safe area. Walk to metro was 20 minutes but I like to get my steps in.

We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

The place is very cozy and clean. The host was very nice, there was no problem to leave the luggage earlier and check out later. We even got pastries! I highly recommend it ;)

We loved our stay here—the house is amazing, very comfortable, and fully equipped. Aicha was absolutely wonderful: so friendly and thoughtful, always ready to help with anything we needed. We definitely recommend staying here. We loved the place and especially appreciated how Aicha made us feel right at home.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

We loved our time in Marie's lovely home! It was so calm, peaceful and beautifully decorated and arranged. Our beds were comfortable, linens cosy, and we loved the showers! A perfect compact kitchen with everything we could have needed. As a bonus, there was a park right across the street, and the metro was just 5 minutes away. Marie and her family were so welcoming, we would come back again in an instant. Thank you Marie for hosting us!

I really enjoyed this accommodation in a bucolic setting, the bathroom is very functional, the living room with the bed is comfortable, no noise and possibility to have breakfast on the terrace surrounded by greenery Coffee, tea, herbal tea available, I didn't eat on site for lunch and dinner I recommend

We immediately felt at home at Lucile's place. It was a clean, lovely flat and offered a relaxed atmosphere. The central courtyard feels very Parisian! We loved exploring the local area (with some great recommendations from Lucile) and it also offered a great base for exploring more of Paris!

Everything was very good at this accommodation. The host was very prompt ,flexible and receptive. The location is not far from the metro station and the local markets.

The appt met exactly our needs for a visit with 3 generations to Paris: a pleasant place to come "home" after a long day of activities and impressions in the city of light. Everything is available to make your own breakfast or dinner, to recover with a movie or glass of wine in the shared courtyard garden. Because the block is in a private garden, there is little noise from the street. Good beds, a lovely shower and washing machine. Recommended if you don't mind driving (by car or public transport) to the countless highlights in the east of Paris or the center (super fast connection to the RER after a short bus ride from the front door of the courtyard garden).

Cindy was very responsive and helpful, apartment was clean and located in a nice location with places to eat very close by as well as a metro station nearby.

We enjoyed our stay at this big appartment! It has character, and the neigborhood has some nice shops and restaurants. Also close to the metro station. We were with 6 people, and the house was big enough for us. Also very quiet during the night. The outside terrace was a big plus!

Beautiful and, by Parisian standards, extremely quiet apartment. Apart from the children who play in the courtyard of the elementary school next door in the afternoon, you can't hear anything at all. The metro is on 10 min by by walk. Shopping is practically right outside the door. The only criticism is that the cleaning lady obviously only wipes the floor. It was a bit dusty on the furniture. The furnishings of the apartment were very good for a longer stay. Includes capsule coffee + espresso machine, washing machine, dryer, two large TVs.

Mathieu's accommodation is really easily accessible, next to the Montreuil town hall square where there are many cafes and restaurants and 2 organic stores. The apartment was quiet, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Mathieu was very responsive and welcoming and responded to messages quickly. The instructions were clear. I highly recommend it and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We were totally happy with the place. The metro was just a 10-minute walk away. From there, you can get anywhere in Paris. The place was clean and maintained. The only problem was the parking facilities by car.

Margot's accommodation is clean, inviting and we really enjoyed the decor. The location is ideal because it's close to several amenities. The other was very responsive and the directions for getting there were quite precise. We also enjoyed that check-in was flexible. Thank you Margot for giving us a home during our stay in Paris.

Great place for a small family. You can easily get grocery operate the location and cook your own delicacies. The Franprix opposite the location closes at 9pm. Great experience. Transportation: Walkable train station, easy access to Notre Dame and the Eiffel

Djelloul went above and beyond for us and gave a very thorough explanation of the place as well as how to get around Paris. He was extremely friendly and welcoming. We'd definitely stay here again if we come back to Paris. 10/10 would recommend!

A small, charming, well thought-out duplex, very cute with all the necessities to feel at home. Alexandra is a helpful and very pleasant host that I would recommend. We'll definitely be back.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

My stay at Laurence’s beautiful apartment was amazing and just what I was hoping for. It was less than a 5 min walk to Pere Lachaise and less than a minute from the metro stop. The cafe right on the corner was amazing and the epicerie across the street had a great selection of food and drinks. I couldn’t have picked a better vacation spot. I highly recommend and hope to visit again!
