Amazing stay with very accommodating hosts in a really cute neighborhood.

Good location near to public transport , clean and well equipped, shops and restaurants nearby. And last but not least, a very cozy terrace for an aperitif

Perfect for an affordable, cozy place to sleep. Host was helpful and quick to respond to any needs. Bed was comfortable, and the privacy is great. The mini kitchen and laundry machines were very much appreciated, especially at this price point. Perfect for tourists as it's a 3 min walk from the RER train station. Light sleepers might not like the sounds of the traffic in the early morning, but it's that spot that makes this place so convenient. Outside of rush hour, it's a calm and pretty neighbourhood. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants are a 2-3 min walk. Plane spotters will also appreciate this place as there's a great view of the air traffic around noon.

Good location. Very near a Metro. Perfect for a few nights. Cafes/Restaurants nearby. Quiet location. Apartment was clean and all amenities needed. Very comfortable. Clémence was easily contactable and gave clear instructions. Definitely recommend and I will stay again when next in Paris.

Worth every penny. The view is just incredible, the photos don't even do it justice - we loved being able to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle every night. Everything was spotless and there were lots of amenities, the kitchen was well stocked - Marco had thought of everything. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, we were so sad to be leaving!

Quite big apartment for Paris standards. We enjoyed the terrace. Very good communication with the host which allowed for an earlier check in which was much appreciated.

We spent a couple of nights in Gwendel's place at the end of an extended holiday in France, and found it beautiful, peaceful, and inspiring. The layout of the space is so thoughtful and unique, the decor is beautiful, and it was a delightful, quiet respite from the busyness of much of the rest of Paris. It's close to several different metro lines, Parc des Buttes, and good food and drink. We would stay here again!

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. Great accommodation within walking distance of the metro and the heart of Paris within half an hour. We had a super nice stay with ten people between 9 and 74 years old. Spacious neat rooms, large garden everything is present and equipped with every comfort. Tarik's reception was very hospitable and he even came to our aid during the Champions League final. Absolutely recommended!

Great weekend, Loan welcomed us very well, the accommodation is exactly as indicated, they are always available! Everything is clean, functional and it's very cozy. We'll be happy to go back.

Celeste was very helpful on arrival and gave us a recommendation to the excellent Bruts, bistro 5 minutes from the apartment. The place was very convenient for Montmartre, shops and metro. The 2 level property was just what we needed for a base but we also had 2 meals there including one in the pleasant garden! Do use the projector TV in the bedroom. This apartment is highly recommended.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. Coffee was a challenge because the machine was not familiar to us. Could not find pods at the grocery store. We were used to the Nespresso original pods. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had a rain shower. Nice kitchen. Loved our stay there. It is a bit of a challenge getting to tourist destinations in Paris. It is a bit of a journey on the subway if you are not driving (which is a challenge if you are not used to driving in Paris.) But we made it and had a wonderful time. (US citizens)

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

The apartment is distributed on two floors, is quietly located in a well-kept secluded residential complex. Beautiful terrace with garden, shade-giving trees. Everything you need to cook for yourself. Easy and fast by metro in the center. Shopping within walking distance. Super service from Yasmina with team: prompt response and very helpful and supportive. Value for money very fine. All in all highly recommended!

Had a wonderful time staying at Joao’s place he was really responsive and helpful in terms of making sure everything was ready for me. I would highly recommend this property for travelling to Disney land or surrounding areas, and once again the hosts too as they were fantastic !

Perfect accommodation for a stay near La Défense. The bedding is very comfortable, the environment at the back of a courtyard is very quiet in a residential area, and the functional amenities. All 20 min from the Grande Arche on foot (or 2 tram stops). Perfect. This accommodation is my usual base when traveling for several days to La Défense.
