Suitable for 2-4 people or a family with max. 2 children. A small balcony invites you to linger for the sun's rays in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Laundry room and private outdoor parking space are available. Public charging stations are nearby. Very central and yet located on the outskirts of town with an adjoining mountain trail.

Best location, right in the center of Bad Hofgastein in street with no traffic, except for residents and buses. 36 m2 apartment in the heart of Bad Hofgastein with elevator. Fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pad machine, cutlery), bathroom with shower, separate toilet, hair dryer, large balcony, sat TV, free Wi-Fi. The price includes bed linen and towels. Visitor's tax (€ 2,95/person/night) has to be paid separately at the apartment.

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

A well-lit sleeping area features a spacious bed with yellow linens, complemented by bedside lamps. Above the bed, four framed photos are mounted on the wall, and a wooden cabinet with plants decorates the room, creating a serene and functional space.

The center is also within walking distance along the Gasteiner Ache in approx. 30 minutes. Ski storage is available.
