On the farm there are chickens, horses, a riding arena and a small riding school. The price per night does not include breakfast. The hotel is situated right across from the ski slope, with views of the Stubnerkogel cable car and the ski area from the balcony. The guesthouse is located in Salzburg Tennengau, in the Dachstein West ski region, a region appreciated by tourists both in winter and summer. 200m from the guesthouse we have the Neubachtalloipe cross-country skiing track in Lungötz, 10 km long and illuminated at night. 5 minutes by car is the Dachstein West ski lift, with 170 km of fantastically groomed slopes and 70 modern lifts.

Cozy vacation home in the middle of the Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Zell am See ski resort. The guest house sleeps 11 people in 2 apartments. Each apartment offers a kitchen, shower and toilet. A storage room in the basement offers space for skis or bicycles, and there is also sufficient parking space. The guest house was newly renovated in 2025 and comfortably furnished.
