Bright and sunny open concept apartment. Newly remodeled with tons of windows, stylish furniture, local art, and easy access to everything Athens has to offer. The downstairs of this house is also a rental. We hold very strict quiet hours from 11pm-8am. Sound travels downstairs from this unit so we ask that you are respectful of the others sharing the property. This is not a place for partying! The backyard, patio, front yard, and locked bicycle storage are shared between the units.

For the sanctity of this unique space, No Smoking, No Meat, No Fish, No Eggs, No Alcohol, No Party in the house. We are sorry we cannot allow pets inside. Shoes need to be left in the foyer. This suite is below my home with private entrance, kitchenette (mini fridge, electric grill, microwave & kettle), laundry & bath. There are two beds (queen & twin), a dedicated workspace. TV with Netflix, You Tube, and streaming. We are a 10-minute drive to Ohio University & downtown Athens. Our home sits at the end of a dead-end street in a peaceful wooded setting. I accommodate early check-in and late check-out. Please check with me the day before arrival and the morning of departure.

The front porch features a covered seating area with a comfortable couch and chairs. Decorative string lights hang above, providing soft illumination. A green chain-link fence surrounds the yard, with a mix of stone and grass flooring leading to the entrance.

The Creek is an original farmhouse built on a working farm, now retired. Farm and forest wildlife call the more than 40 acres home. While you may just enjoy the hiking and scenery the property provides, you are 2 min from Athens and the Ohio University Campus. Spacious free parking for campers, boats, and outdoor gear. Pet friendly.
