This spacious apartment is located on the second floor of Flats on Carpenter at the top of North Court Street. Two parking spots provided on site for convenience. 60” TV with WiFi only-no cable. You will have to utilize your own streaming accounts. NOTE: The exterior siding is being replaced June-Sept. 2024. Due to the exterior removal, street noise is louder.

2 bedroom (1 queen and 1 full size) apartment with 1 bath. Perfect for a short stay right in Athens. Very recently remodeled with wood and tile. All new furniture and new comfortable beds. Free parking for 3 cars right in front. Free washer and dryer in apartment. Our full kitchen will barely be used as we are located steps off of the main strip business district with many restaurants in walking or quick driving distance. Wal-Mart along with most shopping is right down the street.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located on Richland Ave, this small one bedroom is less than a half mile to OU’s Convocation center & 1 mile to uptown Athens. Freshly remodeled, everything new, and sits right above Purple Chopstix—one of Athens Best local restaurants (closes early, noise is not a problem!) Attentive owners. Great place for a couple, visiting professionals, or just a solo getaway to this beautiful town.

Bright Modern Basement Apt

Gorgeous, fully renovated lower level apartment - conveniently located on Athens' West Side near the best West Side eateries and the West End Ciderhouse. We aim to make your stay as pleasant as possible, with comfortable beds, Smart TVs in each bedroom, a fully functional kitchen, and tons of other amenities. Our newer washer and dryer are free to use, and we have provided board games and books too! The apartment is a short walk to Court Street and Uptown Athens!
