We offer a smart TV with wifi for entertainment. The cabin is heated and cooled with mini split units, one down stairs and one in each bedroom. Each bedroom also has access to private porch decks. The space is heated using radiant floor during cool weather and during warm weather cooled by a window unit AC. Owners live about 30ft from rental on the property.

Prime location on North Court Street in uptown Athens, within walking distance to Ohio University and many bars and restaurants. This entire apartment contains three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and one has a queen. The apartment has one large bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen. Simply decorated and fully furnished with all the essentials to make for the perfect stay. I have 2 parking spots nearby for the apartment.
