The Creek is an original farmhouse built on a working farm, now retired. Farm and forest wildlife call the more than 40 acres home. While you may just enjoy the hiking and scenery the property provides, you are 2 min from Athens and the Ohio University Campus. Spacious free parking for campers, boats, and outdoor gear. Pet friendly.

The Cottage

This is a rural location. Located on an open hill along a private drive, this newly built -"little house on the prairie"- is surrounded by fields on one end and woods on the other. Nothing but stars at night -no neighbors nearby. Trails and ponds are available for your enjoyment. Swimming* and fishing is encouraged in the warmer months. A small outdoor fire ring is nearby. Hiking in the woods on the far side of the field will be off limits last week of October through thanksgiving.

Yellow Dog Barndominium

Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.

Perfect for groups of 4-13, the 1834 House is a spacious and breathtaking home 10 min from Athens and 40 min from the Hocking Hills. It has 2 living rooms, gourmet kitchen, vaulted ceilings, luxurious master bedroom, large porches & patio, fire ring and spectacular lawns. On 77 acres, you will enjoy our 4 ponds, fishing and hiking trails.

“Spring “ at PaPa Cabin be prepared for a different experience. This little house, perched on a cliff, is off the grid, surrounded by forest. A quarter mile walk through the woods leads to the cabin. Bedroom sleeps two on the comfy bed. With only 12 volt (like your car) solar electricity, gas heat, some 12v fans (no AC) it will be an adventure! In the kitchenette, guests will find a propane range top, a fridge, and cooking utensils, bottled water, outside a charcoal grill.

Come relax at our rustic but comfortable cabin in the woods down a gravel road. 2 1/2 miles from Stockport, 40 miles to Hocking Hills State Park, 45 minutes to Marietta, Zanesville, and/or Athens, Ohio. 45 minutes to Parkersburg WV. 1 1/2 hr drive to Columbus and 15 minutes to McConnelsville, ohio. We're located just a quick 10 minutes away from the AEP hunting reserve.

a "Cozy" secluded setting, nestled in the woods with property adjoining Burr Oak State Park for an easy walk to the lake or to State Hiking Trails. This cabin is located at Dock 2 Area with property adjoining Burr Oak State Park. Our path behind the house leads to the hiking trail known as REVINE TRAIL, leading to other hiking trails. Also our path leads to the lake.
