The rural house was built with ancient stone sourced locally in Umbria and offers a breath taking view overlooking the surrounding valley. The house encompasses a spacious living-room with two antique fire places, two kitchens, a recreation room, five bedrooms & four bathrooms. Outside there is a large swimming pool, dining area, a play house for children, multiple car-parking options and a 2 car fully enclosed garage. There are also a BBQ and a wood fire oven if you wish to cook outside.

Beautiful villa with private pool and garden, set in a breathtaking landscape, just 5 minutes from the center of Assisi and a few meters from the FAI site "Il Bosco di San Francesco". The villa, on three floors, is tastefully furnished with carefully selected furniture, carpets and paintings. It has 4 double bedrooms on the first floor and a sofa bed, for a total of 10 beds. There are also 5 bathrooms on the various floors. The swimming pool is at a lower level of the garden.

Small finely furnished studio with entrance, bedroom and bathroom carved into the ancient Roman wall, in the historic center of Assisi, just 100 meters walk from the main square and also a short walk from the headquarters of the Pro Civitate of Assisi! The studio is equipped with a flat-screen TV, hairdryer, fan, electric hob, microwave, small fridge and city map! We always welcome our guests in person! However, there is self check-in if, for some reason, we are not on site!
