It is such a glorious place. We were stunned, and so happy and calm for the three days we had there. The landscape around the house, and the waterfall, was breathtaking. Thank you Ella and all the family!

Beautiful apartment in a quiet street just around the corner from St Clare‘s church. Easy to wheel cases from the main gate of the old town. Great location - can walk everywhere. Really lovely place to stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Spello, Umbria. The location was ideal – nestled within the historic town, full of character, peace, and beauty. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and full of authentic Umbrian charm. Every detail had been thoughtfully arranged to make us feel comfortable and at home. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Ferruccio. From the moment we booked, he was attentive, warm, and welcoming. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and even helping us navigate the area like a local. His hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but truly cared for. If you’re planning a visit to Umbria, we can’t recommend this apartment – and Ferruccio as a host – highly enough. It was a memorable experience, and we hope to return again soon!

The apartment is very cozy. Francesca anticipated very well what her guests need. It has a full kitchen with indoor and outside dining areas. There is a washing machine and a lot of hanging areas. the balcony is spacious with plants, beautiful cactus and succulents around. there are 2 bathrooms and bedrooms. the 3rd bedroom doesnt have airconditioning, but no need for it since Assisi has cool and pleasant weather when we were there in June. Beds are comfortable. The place is beside the highway, but surprisingly it is not noisy even with the door to the back balcony is open. the location is just about 3 mins walk to Santa Maria digna Angeli, which is outskirt of Assisi. the view from the front balcony of Assisi is fantastic. To get to central Assisi, we either drove up to a parking area or just take the bus line C. Bus stop is just across the apartment. Ticket can be purchased downstairs too. There is a supermarket/mall about 3 mins away.

Lovely apartment with a lovely view! Spello is a beautiful, peaceful place with an intimate culture. Sonora recommended a great restaurant where the food was delicious and the view gorgeous. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

Great location, Rosa and her daughter's service was very courteous and attentive. The place is very clean and quiet to rest.

Great location that allows you to easily get around on foot. Lots of parking options for the car. Impeccable apartment both for cleanliness and comfort. We will definitely be back. Thanks to Alessio for the information and attention he had for our needs. See you next time.

We found this countryside property a real delight. Well worth the 20 minute drive from Assisi. It was centrally located for us to easy explore out to other areas in Umbria. The room was very comfortable in a very beautiful countryside setting. Our host, Sara was fantastic. We wouldn't have any hesitation to stay here on a future trip to Umbria.

I would recommend Piera’s stay to everybody. It was simply amazing, from the start I felt so at home. 10/10!

Very nice house,a little humidity because of the old well that is inside the apartment. Charming garden, crazy view. Easy to get around and free parking very close by. Overall a delightful experience!

Marzia's house is a real treat for those who want to spend a few days in peace and quiet. I really recommend visiting us, it is lost in the middle of nowhere, but still easily accessible with specific directions from the address provided directly by Marzia. I recommend the hammock under the stars and a good coffee overlooking the hill in the early morning. We will be back very soon because such an experience is certainly worth repeating!

The owner Giovanni is a "Lord" with a capital "L" in every sense, and the accommodation is the same, i.e. Capital, he almost took us in his arms to put us to bed! From a welcome to Surprise Amazing, also with a capital S, to a precision in everything Surprising, always with a capital S. Great location for exploring the surrounding villages. With magnificent views across the valley with Assisi Spello Trevi and many other places in the background. The apartment is very nicely divided and furnished and a really pleasant rest to relax after the excursions. If we stay in Umbria again, it will certainly be our accommodation again.

We had an amazing stay as part of our honeymoon. Our host Robbie went above and beyond any expectations we had! He was happy for us to contact him at any point during our stay, and checked in via message to see if we needed anything or to go anywhere. The apartment was spotless and the terrace was superb - we made full use of it during our stay (even watching a thunderstorm from the cosy shelter of the pergola!). The apartment is a short distance from the mini metro, which made getting into the old town easy. Robbie collected us from the airport at the start and even drove us to collect our hire car and speak to the receptionist there to make sure everything was perfect! He also have us recommendations for places to go and to restaurants in the area.

Very spacious apartment with attention to details. We felt right at home. The hosts had also left some things for breakfast (including milk, jams, tarts, etc.) and for cleaning. We didn't have to think about shopping because the bare necessities were already there (such as coffee for the morning, hand soap, etc.). Personal hygiene kits were also stored in the bathroom, which were much appreciated. Fabio and Monica were very helpful, responsive and friendly. A very positive experience!

We felt super pampered, beautiful suite, furnished in a refined way,complete with every comfort,steam room and jacuzzi were the icing on the cake... The staff is present and available,the breakfast is fantastic,wide choice and everything is delicious! We'll definitely be back!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

Fabrizio was an amazing host! We made a spontaneous choice to stay in Perugia after our friend’s wedding in Tuscany and the magic continued. The location was central and a blissful walk to the city centre which is full of history and beauty. Coming back to Fabrizio’s place made our stay even better. A very modern design, good energy making it easy to relax, cook and enjoy. We highly recommend and we’ll be coming back on our next visit. Thank you!

We stayed only one night, very tidy and clean complex surrounded by nature, a true oasis of relaxation. The only thing I would recommend to make the stay even more impeccable is a bottle of water in case guests arrive like us in the late afternoon, it's always convenient.

Being in the countryside, the presence of insects is normal, but some ants from the beams reached the bed covers. Otherwise, the apartment is very nice. Well-stocked kitchen area and cupboard with everything you need to cook. From this area it is very convenient to reach different places in the surroundings to visit them, it is recommended to shop in larger towns before arrival, especially if the stay is during holidays. The surroundings of the accommodation are very quiet, the noises come almost exclusively from the birds on the trees around the villa.
