The house has been completely renovated and is located in the very first suburbs, a short walk from the historic center of Foligno and the Gonzaga Barracks, reachable by car in just 3/5 minutes, on foot in 15 minutes and 8 minutes by bike. Just 20 minutes by car you can reach Rasiglia 'the little Umbrian Venice', Trevi, Bevagna, Montefalco, Campello sul Clitunno, Assisi, Spoleto.

Built in medieval times on the remains of the Roman Amphitheater steps, the house offers small portions of exposed Roman walls inside. "IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
