Villa vacation rentals in Assisi

Notre séjour à Paciano était au delà de nos attentes. Le lieu est parfait, calme et offre une magnifique vue sur la vallée et le lac. La maison est tout équipée, rien à prévoir et nos hôtes étaient super disponibles et de bons conseils (merci pour les recettes). Commodité et commerce à 15 min en voiture. Idéalement placé entre Rome, Florence, Pise et Sienne. Rien à redire, c’était une très bonne surprise, merci à Maria Pia et Dante.

Siamo arrivati e siamo stati accolti dalla Sig.ra Rossana, che ci ha messo subito al nostro agio. Il loft era pulito e ben organizzato vicino Assisi, inoltre mio figlio ha fatto amicizia col cane della signora Oliver, tutto ottimo posto consigliatissimo.

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

Vacanza perfetta, l'alloggio era pulitissimo e fornito praticamente di tutto, biancheria impeccabile ed ogni comfort. Ma la parte spettacolare per noi è stato l' esterno con prato curatissimo, piscina ad uso esclusivo con lettini, un patio rilassante e barbecue attrezzato per ogni tipo di brace. Claudia è stata un host sempre presente e reattiva ad ogni nostra richiesta. La casa poi è in posizione strategica per raggiungere molti borghi interessanti da visitare. Insomma per noi è stata veramente una esperienza molto positiva e contiamo di ripeterla ancora. Grazie Claudia ed ancora complimenti

Abbiamo soggiornato a fine aprile, il tempo non è stato clemente purtroppo ma questo ci ha consentito di goderci la casa ben curata e molto accogliente. Siamo stati accolti con calore da Valentino che ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie e fornito consigli utili sui dintorni! Consigliamo la struttura e se avremo modo ci torneremo molto volentieri!

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans la maison de Luisa qui est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Luisa a été plus que réactive quand nous lui avons demandé des choses. La piscine est sensationnelle et le calme des alentours top pour se reposer. Le Wi-Fi est un peu faible mais rien de grave car l'important est d'apprécier les équipements de la maison.

Villa Elisa is the best place I have stayed so far. Its construction style is old and special, the care of the Villa is down to the details, whether it is the exterior or interior, everything works is impressive even though some parts of the house are original from that time such as the doors, the windows, the floor tiles,The view is magnificent, magical whether with the radiant sun, under a torrential rain, under the clouds, under the mist or under the stars with the moon as a companion.Absolutely everything in detail and scrupulously organized, all thanks to its hosts Luciano and Christina. Now I will make an important section, if the Villa is majestic, they are also splendid and kind; I had the pleasure and pride of meeting them personally, people like few I have ever met and who are now scarce. Natural, simple and kind, always at hand unconditionally for whatever was needed.I recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy a great place and excellent company and 100 percent.

Mein Aufenthalt war einfach nur fantastisch!🥰 Das Haus ist wunderschön – mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und richtig gemütlich. Man merkt sofort, dass hier jemand mit Herz dabei ist. Alles war super sauber, die Lage perfekt und die Atmosphäre total entspannt. Ich hab mich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt.🏠😍 Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeberin – sie war unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, falls man eine Frage hatte. Die Kommunikation lief total unkompliziert und freundlich. Man spürt einfach, dass ihr wichtig ist, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen.❤️ Es war wirklich ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – ich werde noch lange daran zurückdenken. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

The tower is spectacular: a 12th-century structure restored with labor and love, with beautiful art and furniture. On a hilltop among vineyards and olive groves and fields of sunflowers, with a view across valleys to Todi, other hilltop towns, and mountains. And Raffaella was wonderful. I hope to go back. Which is to say: this place will stay with me.

Abbiamo passato la settimana di Ferragosto in questa residenza da sogno nel mezzo dell'Umbria. L'host, molto gentile e reattiva, ci ha messo in contatto con la persona che gestisce la casa, Elisabetta, che ha saputo fornirci tutte le indicazioni richieste ed aiutarci in tutto. Abbiamo trovato la casa in ottime condizioni, è molto spaziosa ed accogliente, con diverse opzioni tra barbecue e cucine. La zone è molto affascinante, in quanto si trova tra le colline umbre e permette di visitare i fantastici paesini intorno (consigliato portarsi la macchina). Infine la piscina era pulita giornalmente da Valerio, che si prendeva cura anche delle piante nel giardino e si occupava di svuotare la spazzature (grazie mille ancora). Per concludere, soggiorno più che piacevole.

La casa è un’oasi di pace, l’abbiamo vissuta a pieno con tutta la famiglia incluso il nostro golden retriever che ha amato la location dal primo momento. La piscina è perfetta e totalmente disimpegnata dalla casa, i terrazzi ed il giardino offrono una vista su tramonti incredibili. Annalisa è un host perfetta, discreta gentile e disponibile. Il custode una persona deliziosa che ci ha deliziato con frutti dell’orto quotidiani.

Patrizia und Fabrizio sind äusserst nette Gastgeber. Wir waren zwei Familien und wurden grossartig begrüsst. Sie haben uns alles detailliert gezeigt, Hinweise für die Umgebung gegeben, waren sehr nett zu den Kindern und haben uns gleich zu Beginn mit einem Apéro verwöhnt. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, Natur pur und für alle Ruhesuchende ein perfekter Ort. Patrizia war jederzeit erreichbar und sie haben sich um alle Anliegen gekümmert. Das schön umgebaute Steinhaus hat uns während dieser heissen Sommertage angenehme Abkühlung beschert. Auch im gepflegten Pool fanden wir die nötige Abkühlung. Der Pizzaofen und die Grillstelle waren fast täglich in Gebrauch. Auch die Küche im Haus war in bestem Zustand und es war alles vorhanden. Ein Ort zum Erholen und Verweilen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Very responsive to the few minor issues we had - even went so far as to pay for our lunch via bank transfer at a local Fattoria (farm) that only took bank transfer which was incredibly kind! The house is really special and secluded, epic pool and a pizza oven that was pretty special. I would recommend getting a nice big car to get there/get around in Umbria - some of the roads/tracks are pretty interesting (for a city mouse like me) but it's the price you pay to really be in nature. The kids loved the hammocks and Luca made sure we had a great time.

This was an incredible house! Located in a beautiful area close to Todi, full of nature and close to easy hikes. The house is stunning and perfect for families who want an authentic Italian vacation!

Isabella and Alessandro were extremely accommodating, and always on hand when we needed help. We would definitely stay here again. We were a group of 13 with 3 small babies. The Villa was spacious and beautiful. There are 4 double bedrooms with en-suites in the main house, and 3 separate apartments with their own kitchenettes. There were no baths, so our friends with babies had to get creative in sinks or paddling pools. We arrived in Italy in the middle of a heatwave so spent most of our time cooling off by the pool, which was kept in good order by Alessandro every morning. There were comfy sun loungers and a large shaded table for lunches. Each guest gets a bath towel but no beach towel for the poolside, so don’t forget to pack one. They were able to provide two fans. A couple of guests bought more fans because it was so hot but it was possible to keep the rooms cool if you opened the windows to allow airflow but kept the shutters closed. However, some guests did find the mosquitos problematic. Accessibility: The Villa sits on top of a steep hill, so if you’re taking a car, make sure it’s got a good sized engine to take you and your passengers up it. Supermarkets are a 10-15 minute drive away. Kitchen We were able to cater for everyone using the kitchen in the main house, which has an oven and gas stove top. We also made use of the fire grill in the out house, but it’s worth checking with Alessandro how to use it. We had to buy staple ingredients such as oil, salt and pepper. Admin We were asked to provide evidence of our ID documentation on arrival and pay tourism tax.

We took full advantage of the pool, kitchen, laundry facilities, and suggestions from our hosts. This was a relaxing and beautiful environment for our family vacation. We were so close to many hill towns especially the nearest: Cortona. It was worth the splurge.

You're located in a very beautiful, scenic environment. The view from the terrace is great, and the gardens are well kept with lots of green and flowers around the swimming pool. When you're surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, looking out on Assisi, it's impossible to not enjoy your stay!

Abbiamo serenamente trascorso quattro giorni in questa magica struttura in stile Umbro-Toscano, che ha ospitato comodamente tre coppie di amici in ampie, eleganti e funzionali camere dotate di tutti i confort. L’ampia sala da pranzo e adiacente cucina ci ha permesso di vivere insieme colazioni e cene. Il patio esterno permette di ammirare il paesaggio intorno in qualsiasi ora della giornata. Molto apprezzata è stata la zona di cottura esterna, dotata di barbecue e forno a legna in pietra che ci ha permesso di gustare una grigliata serale. Una vacanza che per ciascuno di noi, nessuno escluso, ha assunto un inaspettato valore aggiunto proprio per la bellezza e comodità di questa struttura, armonicamente inserita nel paesaggio collinare umbro. Un sentito ringraziamento da parte di tutti noi a Daniele Rossi che ci ha ospitato, per l’estrema gentilezza, disponibilità e discrezione, permettendoci quattro giorni di vero relax.

Denyse’s place is lovely, very peaceful and as described in the listing. We visited in mid April during a rainy week so didn’t get to try the pool but it looks lovely. The house itself is a converted chapel and the recent renovations are very nice. The area is quiet but a short drive to Cortona and an hour from the Brunello wine region. All in all a very nice stay thank you Denyse!

Can’t say enough about the views. Simply spectacular! The pool was pristine, the lounge chairs, umbrellas and pool towels all very nice. The villa was just as described and lovely. We six ladies were all comfortable and had plenty of space. We were there the last week in May and so we did not need the a/c. However screens for the bedroom windows would have been nice to cool the rooms off a bit in the evenings. Host was very responsive and we truly enjoyed our stay. It was private and peaceful. A beautiful property. Just a ten minute trip via car to Cortona city center.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dem urig-netten Haus. Die Lage ist ein wenig abgelegen, schön ruhig und privat aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Perugia. Der Pool ist echt erfrischend und bietet großzügige Liegemöglichkeiten. Anfang September bei unserem Besuch spendete das Haus auf Grund der Lage des Pools angenehmen Schatten. Zusammengefasst ist die Unterkunft perfekt für alle die es gerne gemütlich und ruhig haben. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmals kommen. :)

Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza fantastica presso il loft di Enrico ed Alessandra. Host eccezionali: cordiali, gentili, proattivi e sempre disponibili. Hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole con la loro accoglienza amichevole. La villa è situata in una posizione perfetta nella campagna umbra, tra Assisi, Perugia e altri meravigliosi borghi, come Spello. La tranquillità del luogo è impareggiabile e la possibilità di osservare le stelle la notte, distesi sul prato, è un'esperienza magica. È anche un luogo ideale per ammirare le stelle cadenti nel periodo di agosto, e la vista su Assisi di notte è davvero speciale, aggiungendo un tocco unico al soggiorno. Un'altra grande caratteristica della villa è la piscina, perfetta per rinfrescarsi nelle giornate calde. Enrico si è preso cura della piscina, pulendola ogni giorno, il che ha reso il tutto ancora più piacevole e rilassante.

Casa molto originale, allegra e divertente. Tutto curato, sia gli accessori che la biancheria. Comodissima. Giardino e utilizzabile come parte integrante dell’appartamento. Panorama bellissimo su Assisi. Host sempre disponibile. Per la nostra vacanza di famiglia non potevamo desiderare di meglio!

The whole experience was incredible. James & Pietro were super friendly, communicative, proactive, helpful and flexible - outstanding hosts. James met us when he arrived, and he made us feel at home straight away and was really responsive if we had any questions, but also extremely respectful of our privacy. Pietro & James have put so much thought into making every aspect of the stay outstanding. The house is lovely and felt spacious. The pool, gardens & views are stunning & the whole set-up is designed in a way that you have total privacy. There are multiple outside spaces where you can relax, surrounded by peace and nature. The kitchen is a real cooks' kitchen, and between that and the large brick-built BBQ, you can basically create your own restaurant set-up at the house. We were blown away by all the food and drink treats left for us, e.g. fresh pasticcini, wine, beer, pasta etc. Beautiful part of Umbria, breath-taking location with endless lovely places to visit. Total perfection.
