We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and fell in love with Assisi. Very helpful and responsive host. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. The illy coffee was a nice touch. Wish we had stayed longer in this charming place. We hope to visit again soon.

The appartement is nicely renovated, confortable and spacious. The neighbourhood is unassuming. A good restaurant located via Della viola,25. Center of the town is a 5 mn walk.

The photos don't do justice to Alessandro's elegant, comfortable, spacious apartment. We spent five days there, and it was truly wonderful. Nothing can do justice to Alessandro's warm, friendly and extremely helpful presence. He went way beyond reasonable expectations, including meeting us at 10:30 at night after we'd missed our train and sending us medication to another place in Italy after we had forgotten it. I truly cannot recommend Alessandro's apartment more. If you're going to Perugia, which you should it's a fantastic small city, and lucky enough to find his apartment available, you should definitely book it!

A very elegant and spacious apartment in a fabulous position with great views . Cristina is very engaged and a helpful host, fabulous communication. Bathroom was particularly spacious with great shower. Would thoroughly recommend.

Wow! From the moment I walked in with Tommaso, I was absolutely stunned by how beautiful the place was—truly amazing! The location couldn't have been better, and Tommaso was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. He even kindly answered a late-night call from me about something I probably could have figured out on my own (sorry, Tommaso!). I only wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

If I could give the place “10”, I would. I don’t think I could decorate and organize a place any better. At the end of a month, we still loved it. It will go down as one of our favorite bnb. If we ever go back to Perugia, and we might, I will seek to stay there first. The laundry was convenient. The bathroom was spacious. Its quiet.

Nicola’s apartment is fantastic. You can’t beat the location. We had major events on in the square over the weekend. When in the apartment, we weren’t disturbed and heard minimal noise but it was amazing to walk outside our door and be in amongst the excitement. The apartment is clean and new with comfortable furnishings. We hope to visit again when we return to Italy in the future. Thanks Nicola - we had a wonderful stay,

we had a tremendous stay. the bed was very comfortable, very good shower, spacious living room, lots of eqioment for a stay and we made very good use of the garden furniture - a perfect private garden setting It's in a prime location, near the bus station and escalators for yhe historic centre. Good local restaurants and supermarkets. Andrea was very helpful. Definitely recommended - an Airbnb we'll return to!

The place is beautiful, super clean, very refined, really well cared for. The balcony overlooking the rooftops and a street in the center makes everything more magical. Then it's super convenient to get around, a stone's throw from everything. In the evening if you want to go out for clubs, just walk through the door, but the bedroom overlooks a very quiet alley, perfect!!

Simonetta really is the hostess with the mostest, The room offered is spacious, spotlessly clean with quality fixtures, fittings and furniture. Fabulous beamed high-ceilings make the room feel huge, And the large windows let in lots of natural light. The bed was super-comfortable, And the floor - for a very old building its beautifully tiled and squeak-free. From the outset Simonetta was on a mission to ensure we made the best of Perugia, with excellent recommendations for things to do, see and eat. We've visited Perugia many times over the years - but with Simonetta's help discovered even more to love about Umbria's capitol, Perugia. Grazie Mille, We look forward to visiting again.

A breathtaking penthouse! Everything has been carefully chosen. An elegant, clean and welcoming environment, it feels like home! The outdoors are the real highlight! We relaxed in the hot tub and admired a lovely sunset. Robbie was really kind and present. You can see how much care and passion has been put into creating such an environment. Small treasure in the alleys of the historic center of Cortona. Well-kept and clean environment, true to description! A note of merit to the host who provided specific directions to get to free parking near the property, avoiding the historic center with paid areas and above all for the availability to accommodate some small requests from us guests! Recommended!

We felt super pampered, beautiful suite, furnished in a refined way,complete with every comfort,steam room and jacuzzi were the icing on the cake... The staff is present and available,the breakfast is fantastic,wide choice and everything is delicious! We'll definitely be back!

Our stay was really magical! Of course, the ambience is wonderful, it is very quiet there and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the restaurants in Montone, but we wanted it exactly like that! The pool, the view - really everything was fantastic! And our great hosts are simply outstanding! They were always there to help, gave us great recommendations for the area and even organized and translated a truffle hike for us! We are incredibly grateful to have been able to stay in this gem and get to know this wonderful and loving family! Thanks for everything 😊

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

We stayed only one night, very tidy and clean complex surrounded by nature, a true oasis of relaxation. The only thing I would recommend to make the stay even more impeccable is a bottle of water in case guests arrive like us in the late afternoon, it's always convenient.

Great stay - We'll be back for sure, very quiet - we would have liked to have stayed longer. The way to the city was a little longer than we understood, was no problem for us. Thank you Giuseppe!
