We had a weekend in Sesto Calende. The location was just a few minutes walk from the centre of town. Parking was nearby and it easy to get a parking space every time. Katia was great at communicating and we will definitely be back. Thanks

My family and I stayed here for three nights in June 2025. This was a rare find where the description and photos matched reality! Luca and Fausto were extremely responsive. They also gave us great recommendations for everything. This place is in a residential neighborhood just outside the walls of the old city. The old city is beautiful - god restaurants and shopping. Easy to walk everywhere including to the water. We walked to the funicular (don’t miss) and to the public pier where we hired a boat recommended by our host. We went on a 5 hour boat ride to 3 cities and saw all the beautiful villas. This was a great vacation extension and this Airbnb was fantastic. Can’t recommend enough.

Fabio and Inna are fabulous hosts. Very welcoming and helpful! The apartment is located in a very calm and peaceful area. With two boys between 10 and 14 years old, we really enjoyed the pool and sauna. Thanks to both of you for our amazing stay!

Merci Alberto de proposer ce logement ainsi que toutes les fournitures nécessaires au séjour. L'accueil chaleureux à "l'italienne" avec des intentions sympathiques. Une belle vue, pour ceux qui se plaignent de la circulation... vous êtes directement au bord du lac donc oui il y a de la circulation et du bruit mais c'est largement acceptable. Vous avez des petits restaurants (très bon) à proximité à pied pour le reste, il faut prendre la voiture, nous y sommes aller en septembre donc moins de monde . Le logement est très propre et son environnement également. Nous recommandons et recommanderons le logement et l'hôte. Grazie 😉

What a find. This apartment was just perfect, absolutely everything that you need is there. The train is only 20 minute walk away. The view from the apartment was unreal even on a rainy day was still beautiful. Walking around the lake was stunning. Katia was lovely responded very quickly to any questions asked. Would definitely recommend and hopefully return in the future.

We had a great long weekend at Lugano Lac Suites. The location is perfect for visiting Lugano and Como by car, with plenty of secure parking. The apartment was spacious, clean, and quiet, with a nice balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated the pantry basics. The lake access with sunbeds and a clean pool was a big plus. Communication with Dawelky was excellent! He responded quickly to all our messages and was incredibly flexible with check-in, even though we could only give a vague arrival time. He met us on short notice, showed us around the apartment, explained the parking and entry, and handed over the keys. He also checked in with us the next day to make sure everything was okay. Check-out was just as easy, with a key box provided. Highly recommend both the place and the host!

Es war super. Eine wirklich schöne kleine Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Sauber geputzt und frische Handtücher/Bettwäsche. Gerda ist super herzlich und so hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist an einer super Lage, Locarno und der See ist schnell zu Fuss erreichbar und sonst fährt der Bus gleich vor dem Haus. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren ein Wochenende zu Gast und kommen ganz sicher bald wieder. Der Kontakt mit Fikrete war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und der Ausblick auf den See ist traumhaft. Im allgemeinen wirkt die Anlage sehr gepflegt und trotz vieler Wohneinheiten genießt man Ruhe auf dem Balkon. Das Auto kann man auf dem Hof abstellen, welcher dich ein Tor gesichert ist. Ein Pool rundet alles ab und natürlich der direkte Zugang zum See . Bissone liegt etwas außerhalb von Lugano, sehr schön ruhig mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum spazieren. Lugano ist aber sehr schnell mit dem Bus oder dem Auto erreichbar. Lugano besticht mit seiner Promenade und den zahlreichen Cafés und Restaurants. Für Wanderfreunde gibt es auch viele Möglichkeiten. Für uns war es bei Fikrete perfekt, von allem genug vorhanden, blitzsauber und praktisch/ freundlich eingerichtet. Vielen Dank nochmal und bis bald Familie Pfeiffer

Tolle Lage, sauber, schöner Garten zum verweilen und ruhig. Konnten eine Stunde früher Einchecken und den Tiefgaragenplatz benutzen.

Appartement cosi très propre et chaleureux où nous avons passé un super séjour...ne manquerons pas d'y revenir lors de notre prochain séjour à Ascona. Le jardin est attenant à une belle piscine avec peu de monde la fréquentant. Idéal pour une famille. De plus, Tiziana a été très réactive à toutes nos demandes. Rien à redire...c'était parfait.

Super séjour dans un contexte très dépaysant. L'hôte est très souriante, courtoise, agréable et réactive. On a juste un peu galéré avec Waze pour trouver l'emplacement! Le logement est très mignon, décoré avec soin et très propre!

Een zeer mooi huis op een geweldige plek met fantastisch uitzicht over het Comomeer! Het huis en het zwembad zijn prachtig en alles is nieuw en schoon. Charlotte is een zeer fijne host die altijd bereikbaar is en klaar voor je staat.

Absolutely stunning lake views. Beautiful home. Pictures on the listing are very accurate. Amazing host, very responsive and accommodating. We liked being up high above the water and also the location felt close to everything. Some nice restaurant options down the hill and many more ten minutes drive. We rented a boat in Dongo on the owner’s recommendation and had a great half day experience. The glass enclosed living room up the hill is magical in the morning and creates nice additional space to spread out if you come with all the kids. We will be back for sure.

We loved the place, the indoor swimming pool is big and warm. Bed was good, airconditioning worked very well. We would recommend this accommodation to everyone 🙂

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Silvia, il est extrêmement bien équipé, bien situé et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions qui nous attendaient ( tout pour le petit déjeuner...). D’autre part, la présence d'un kayak et de vélos est un vrai plus, ainsi que la place de parking privative. Silvia est une hôte serviable, discrète et très sympathique.Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce logement.

Deze plek is zeker een aanrader. Het huis is zeer smaakvol, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De host Denise en haar man zijn supervriendelijk. We kregen een zeer warm welkom en we hebben veel tips van ze gekregen voor activiteiten in de omgeving. De tuin is ook heerlijk. We hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de tafeltennistafel. Kortom: een toplocatie.

Enjoyed our stay there very much! House looked better and spacious than in pictures and was very clean. The big house would also be great for two families to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms but still share common spaces. Upstairs could be divided into two areas. House is located in a peaceful area. Alessandra was helpful and quick to respond to questions. She also provided great local suggestions. Alessandra spoke English well.
