My stay was excellent! The place is exactly like in the pictures. The cleaning was impeccable and all essentials were available, such as bedding, towels and kitchen utensils. The location is one of the great highlights. It is a few minutes' walk to Barra beach, in a quiet, wooded and safe region, with easy access to the subway and surrounded by great restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and markets. The host was extremely attentive from the moment of booking, always ready to answer questions and ensure a smooth stay. Communication was easy and cordial. I highly recommend this accommodation for those seeking comfort, practicality and an excellent location in Rio de Janeiro. I would definitely stay here again!

I celebrated my and my sister's birthday with family and friends and it was just spectacular. There is no other word to describe the paradise we stay in. Ana gave all the tips we needed helped us with the boat and explained all the details in the house. We had an amazing fds with privacy! Thank you, we will definitely be back

It was simply magical! This house has the most beautiful view we have ever seen in our lives — to fill the eyes and the heart. Every sunrise, every moment there seemed like a gift from nature. The beach in front is a paradise, calm, beautiful and perfect for relaxing. And the trails in the surroundings are incredible — we walked to Costão and also to Andorinha, moments we will treasure forever. But what made everything even more special was the hostess: a wonderful, generous, caring and luminous person. We felt true affection from the first moment. We left with our hearts full of gratitude and the certainty that we want to return many, many times. Thank you very, very much for everything!

It was a week-long family trip and the house made our days more peaceful and comfortable. Extremely comfortable bed and bath linen, air-conditioning and fan (indispensable in many days), full kitchen, TV with Netflix, in addition to staying in a super quiet condominium in the midst of nature. Exactly what we were looking for. The Caravelas beach is a few meters from the house and is beautiful, with little movement of people and has a restaurant that surprised us positively. But it is important to be aware: the sea is quite agitated (it had a red flag every day). It is also possible to visit both the beaches of Cabo Frio and Buzios, since the condominium is "halfway". Less than 30 minutes for some of the most beautiful. In short: worth the stay

All perfect! The apartment has everything we need, Dino was very attentive, specified and explained everything well detailed how the condo worked, and the items of the house worked. There was nothing missing, the caretaker Ivan always at his disposal . The carnival was great!

We spent wonderful days in the house. There are 5 good rooms, 2 of which are suites. The kitchen is large and very well equipped. The room has a wonderful view of the sea. Perfect laser area!!! Great pool and hydro. Clean sauna and super easy to use. Very good gourmet area. Great barbecue and wood-burning oven!!! We like the house too much! The employee is paid separately and is a super nice, attentive and quick person. Everything we asked she did with affection. Delicious and tasty food!

Big house, simple but clean. It lacked some comforts but overall it was very good. Host was very helpful.

Eliza is a very considerate and helpful host. Always available to help us with your loving kindness. The house is spacious and well located on a street with quiet neighborhood. Good place for families with children who want to rest and enjoy the Laguna de Araruama. We had a very nice week and returned with great memories!

Staying with Ayelen was very pleasant, the only downside of a small village on an island is of course that there are few amenities nearby, but if you are well prepared this is not a problem. The host can be a little intrusive when it comes to arranging transportation, for example, but that was always for a reason. Already with all a good stay.

The space is good, it corresponds to the listing. The Host responds very quickly, and Co-Host Rosana was very available (although we did not call on her). The house is well equipped, and we only missed having spare garbage bags and floor cloths for small cleaning jobs (there weren't any). The condominium is very friendly and well located, with a swimming pool and full-time lifeguards. As a suggestion (although it is not the Host's obligation), it would be positive to add welcoming elements for guests, and everyday items that we usually do not bring (tea, salt, olive oil, vinegar, coffee filter). I've even received chocolate and cookies as a welcome. This was the only one who did not provide anything, and it would be a "caring touch" for the guest. Of course, it's just a suggestion, and it doesn't detract from the space. It would also be good to renovate some items, such as the umbrella and one of the beach chairs (they are already old and worn or unstitched). Overall, I highly recommend it, you can hire it without fear.

The experience was amazing and provided me with a warm and comfortable home. The house was exactly as I imagined, with all the details I needed to feel at home. His support and attention was fundamental, from the reception of the keys to the solution of any problem that arose.

Very well located accommodation with great views of the sea, the small port and nature. Very large accommodation, much appreciated shared swimming pool.

We stayed in the Manuela/Silvana space on the Easter holiday and it was a great decision. The space was clean, pleasant, allowed privacy to the group and very well equipped. It's far from downtown Buzios, but we love it because we wanted a quieter beach and then we stayed at Rasa. The tb condominium is well structured and secure. We thought we'd come back more often!

Excellent stay, miguel and his wife was extremelly warm and helpfull during the entire stay. The place is very well maintained and offers an incredible enviroment for a family and friends scape from the city rush! Sure I’ll come back

At the time scheduled for our check in, there were still people in the house and the housekeeper informed me that she would need time to organize the house. I explained the situation that I would be with children and that I would need to enter as soon as possible or a room to leave the bags... The housekeeper was excellent, she ran with the organization and around 12am we were able to enter the house... João as an excuse offered us 1 more night. The house is very nice and tidy. We only missed the microwave that Lucilene said she believed previous guests had broken and 1 of the refrigerators was only working the freezer. The nearest beach is about a 15-minute drive. Overall we like the house and feel safe.

The house is very spacious, with many suites just like the photos and with a very beautiful view. The host responded quickly and provided all the necessary guidance. The caretaker Jorge, his wife and the cleaning lady Vanessa were proactive and gave us all the support we needed. The deck is next to the house, we were able to get down easily with a 68-foot speedboat. We would definitely come back!

Great home, clean, comfortable and cozy. The hosts, Vinícius' parents, have been many thoughtful and helpful in everything we need. We'll come back more often for sure
