Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Villa Schlosskopf is a spacious, modern house that can accommodate up to 15 people. There are 4 bedrooms in this property, and 4.5 bathrooms. Fully furnished with appealing and antique decor. The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour.
