Architectural house with large garden near the center

Spacious architect's house (built in 1959), two parking spaces on the property, newly renovated in the summer of 2021, new butcher's kitchen and all the other furniture selected with love are also new, beautiful 700 m2 manicured garden where flowers always bloom. There is a bathroom and separate from it both on the ground floor and on the 1st floor a toilet. The house is located in the middle of the Bregenz Villenviertel, within walking distance of the lake, the Pfänder and the center.

Through large panoramic windows you can be tickled by the sun as you wake up and watch the moonlight in the evening with a glass of wine.
