Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (operating during ski season). Enjoy a luxurious experience at this centrally located home. Here you relax and have skiing, biking as well as hiking trails directly adjacent to the cabin. Detached house of about 50 sqm spread over two floors with 2 bedrooms and bathroom with spacious sauna overlooking Åre village. Large south-facing balcony with magical views. The VM 8 and the hill right ”outside the door” . This lift that opens first and closes at the end of the day and the season takes you out to all of Åre's magical ski system. Genuine ski in ski out!

Welcome to a modern mountain home for the family. Here you can relax in front of the fire and enjoy the view of the mountain world glimpsed between the treetops. Wood-fired sauna on the plot completed in January 2024. Fine longitudinal tracks and groomed trails are just outside the door. Trillevallens ski area offers both easily accessible off piste as well as a large children's area and good backlunch. Transport lift to the ski area is a few hundred meters from the house or a couple of minutes by car.

I lugna och tysta delen av byggnaden ligger denna nybyggda studio-lägenhet med möjligheter som Ski-in/ Ski-out i Åre. Med liften precis bredvid är du i skidbacken på nolltid. På en kort promenad är du även nere i Åre-by centrum som har en rad utbud av affärer och restauranger. Under sommaren är Åre även populärt för att vandra och cykla. Vandringsled startar utanför byggnaden. På sommaren finns även Åre strand där det finns bra möjlighet till att bada.
