The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Log cabin 55 sqm located by the sandy beach of Gevsjön. With a wood-fired sauna and a great location for those who want to fish in Gevsjön or be close to skiing in Duved, Åre or Storulvån. The cottage is located with a direct proximity to the lake that invites activities all year round. Cooking over an open fire at the cottage's barbecue area is much appreciated by guests. Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

Brattland ski lodge is calm and eastbound location. You come to a well-equipped house, where large cottage and kitchen have open floor plan. The 10 beds are divided into four bedrooms and are made when you arrive. In the bathroom there is shampoo., shower sheets and towels. After a long ski day, it's nice to light a fire, or the wood-fired sauna. I provide the wood. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of Åreskutan.
