Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness factor that really gives you that cottage feeling you want when you go to the mountains. In principle, ski in/ski out with only a 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (in operation during the ski season). Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

Detached house of about 50 sqm distributed on two floors with 2 bedrooms and bathroom with spacious sauna overlooking Åre village. Large south-facing balcony with magical views. VM 8 and the slope directly "outside the door." This lift, which opens first and closes last on the day and the season, takes you out to the entire Åre magical ski system. Genuine ski-in ski-out!

Walking distance to Åre Torg, lifts, train station, ICA etc. Accodommation: The apartment consists of two bedrooms with a double bed in one of them and two bunk beds in the other. Max 6 people in the apartment. Kitchen with dishwasher. Living room with TV. Other: Parking is available. Sauna is available to book in a shared local in the association. Bed linens are not provided. Cleaning is done by those who rent.

It is ski in ski out and a nice and cozy newly built apartment (finished 2016) with everything you may need. Both Tegefjäll and Duved's lift system (they sit together) is just outside the door. When you stay with us, you also have the opportunity to rent our Fjällpulken, mountain backpacks tent and more. Just ask and we'll arrange it. Snowracern and the sleds are free to borrow:)
