Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness factor that really gives you that cottage feeling you want when you go to the mountains. In principle, ski in/ski out with only a 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (in operation during the ski season). Super nice apartment 65 sqm in the middle of the village! High up in the house with views and balcony towards Åresjön. 250 meters to the lift, 150 meters to the train and 300 meters to the center with restaurants and shops. Here you live perfectly in Åre all seasons whether you want to ski, bike or hike and enjoy nature around Åre. Nice hiking opportunities in Åre's vicinity. The range of entertainment is endless with several good restaurants, shopping and adventure pools and SPA for children and adults.
