Bellissima esperienza! Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, posto ideale per stare in vacanza in totale relax. L'appartamento pulito e intimo, indipendente, arredato in stile modernissimo, funzionale, curato nei minimi dettagli, dotato di tutti comfort,di tutti i servizi essenziali( lavatrice, biancheria, lenzuola, olio, caffè, cartigienica ect) dove regna la pace più assoluta. Si trova in pieno centro storico a Loceri, piccolo borgo autentico, con tantissimi murales da ammirare e fotografare. Spiaggie incantevoli a pochi minuti d'auto, parchi, boschi e incursioni da fare a pochi km dalla struttura, insomma punto strategico per visitare l'Ogliastra. Rossano host impeccabile, ci ha dato tantissimi consigli su dove parcheggiare sia per i posti da visitare nei dintorni, ci ha fatto trovare una torta fatta in casa, extra e a nostra disposizione ombrellone, sedie da mare e racchette...che dire il top!! Ovviamente consigliatissimo!!!

The most perfect place to stay! As close to the water you can get! Great location can walk everywhere, perfect space with the best sea views. Vincenza was an amazing host and made everything very easy, would definitely stay again 😊

Super mieszkanko, idealne dla pary ewentualnie rodziny z dziećmi. Centralne położenie w uroczym miasteczku, przy samym porcie Cala Gonone. Kuchnia była bardzo dobrze wyposażona więc bez problemu można przygotować samemu posiłek. Właścicielka bardzo sympatyczna i kontaktowa. Na koniec zostaliśmy nawet obdarowani lokalnymi słodyczami. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Wir konnten spontan noch eine Nacht verlängern. Gerne wieder

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Marias Apartment. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Maria hatte für uns ein paar Dinge im Kühlschrank besorgt, welche auf unsere persönliche Situation abgestimmt waren. Vom großen Balkon aus hat man einen wundervollen Ausblick aufs Meer und auf die Berge. Das Bett ist bequem. Und die Küche super ausgestattet. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt neben an. Auch Strandbar, Eisdiele, Restaurants und Spielplatz sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Maria ist super ansprechbar und antwortet schnell. Es war eine schöne Zeit bei ihr. Vielen Dank dafür noch einmal.

We hebben genoten van dit mooie huis met fantastisch uitzicht en groot terras. De afstand lopend(20minuten) naar het dorp was 1x per dag wel genoeg ivm de ligging op de helling. Pizzeria aan de ingang dorp is wel dichtbij en met mooi terras. De omgeving van Cala Gonone is met allerlei activiteiten een mooi startpunt. Vooral boottocht naar de grot en Cala Luna is een aanrader.

Everything about it was great! Starting with Daniela, she was super attentive and nice... the self check in was super simple and well instructed. The house is beautiful!! Well equipped kitchen, Daniela even left some oil and and coffee which was super helpful. Spacious lounge are that has a TV so we could watch movies at night :) Super comfy bed and loved the balcony, from where you can see the mountains in one side and the sea on the other side. Also, 2 minutes walk to the sea and a supermarket right in front!! 10/10 to Daniela's house!

El alojamiento tiene todo tipo de comodidades tanto en la cocina (habia aceite, café, azucar...) como en el resto de la casa y es bastante nuevo. Se puede aparcar en la calle sin problema, el barrio es muy seguro y tranquilo. Flor es encantadora y hace todo lo posible por hacer la estancia agradable. Ademas nos dejó entrar a ls 14.30h, cuando la entrada es a las 16h, algo que agradecimos mucho. Como sugerencia, estaria bien poder entrar antes y poder salir más tarde (a las 9 de la mañana es muy temprano). Por lo demás es un alojamiento muy recomendable. Repetiremos.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, i proprietari ti fanno sentire a casa e sono gentilissimi. La casa è veramente bella e spaziosa, pulitissima e vicina a tantissime zone di interesse (spiagge, ristoranti, ecc..) Torneremo sicuramente

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement. Il est très agréable et suffisamment grand pour une famille avec deux enfants. La terrasse est très agréable. Le logement est situé dans une rue calme avec de la place pour stationner. Il faut prendre la voiture pour toutes les activités, les abords ne sont pas adaptés pour se déplacer à pied. Le golfe d’Orosei au départ d’Arbatax est splendide ! Nous recommandons aussi la plage Lido di Orri, magnifique !

Great apartment and location. The apartment was as advertised. The location was first rate. It was close to the marina, where I’d highly recommend renting a boat or taking a guided tour to hit all the beaches. The beaches are amazing and touring the caves and hidden beaches was amazing. There are many restaurants nearby, notably a place right around the corner offering to go boxes for your hike or boat tour. We went in May and there were other tourists, but SMN didn’t feel “touristy.” The townspeople were very kind and accommodating. In summary, I highly recommend this property and will likely book again.

Giampaulo and Christina are very kind and accommodating and we felt like we were at home albeit on holidays. Their little touches in their apartment were appreciated. Loved our stay and it was very sad to leave this convenient, well located apartment.

Typisch Italiaans huisje van vroeger met authentieke elementen en tof binnenkoertje. Perfecte uitvalsbasis om de regio te ontdekken, zeker als je van de bergen houdt.

L’alloggio è molto curato e carino. Molto ben attrezzato e perfetto in ogni suo spazio compreso il parcheggio per l’auto. Molto luminoso con una terrazza bellissima che purtroppo, data la pioggia abbiamo potuto usare poco! Consigliatissimo

We spent 5 days at this place. the host is very responsive, and friendly! the view is stunning and the place is in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. can highly recommend!

L'appartamento di Gianfranco è in centro, in posizione molto comoda a due passi a piedi dal supermercato. Nonostante le dimensioni c'è davvero tutto, anche la lavatrice, e il letto è comodissimo. Purtroppo abbiamo beccato una settimana intera di pioggia, il che ha fatto sì che fosse un po' umido, visto che è esposto su un lato solo. Nel complesso però siamo stati molto bene.

Geweldig verblijf! Zeer rustige en comfortabele plek. Koele en donkere slaapkamer, waardoor je helemaal tot rust komt. Zwembad ook zeer aangenaam! Daarnaast goeie tips ontvangen van onze host voor restaurants in de buurt, Mullò was onze favoriet! De host reageert super snel en halverwege onze week konden we ook onze handdoeken vernieuwen. Ik zou deze accommodatie aan iedereen aanraden!

Kan kun komme med positive ord Ritas B&B i den lille by Loceri. Min mand, vores lille søn og jeg boede en uge hos Rita. Hun har virkelig gjort noget ud af stedet. Der er et super dejligt og afskærmet siddeområde ude foran lejligheden, med masser af planter, frugttræer og farver. Poolområdet føles som en lille oase med vindrueranker og oliventræer omkring. Rita går op i detaljerne og det mærker man. Det er endnu hyggeligere end billederne på airbnb. Selve lejligheden har alt man behøver og Rita sørger for at den er ren og indbydende. Tak til venlige Rita og hendes ligeså venlige mand. De største anbefalinger herfra!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Unterkunft von Marcantonio. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, neu, schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Der Pool war wunderschön, alles ist perfekt für Familien eingerichtet. Marcantonio war sehr hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Er hat selber Kinder und ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Die Gegend ist traumhaft, viele Strände sind innerhalb von 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch die Hügel und Weinberge waren ein Traum. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung von Gianfranco war rundum überzeugend. Alles war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Ein besonderes Highlight war der wundervolle Pool – ideal zum Entspannen und Erholen. Die Atmosphäre war insgesamt sehr angenehm und ruhig, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlen konnte. Auch die Kommunikation mit Gianfranco war jederzeit freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft ohne zu zögern weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Erfahrung!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Alles war top – die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein absoluter Traum für Familien mit Kindern – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Merveilleuses vacances d'un mois à Tortoli. Ambiance "campagne" en bord de mer. Tout était parfait ! Plages de sable blanc, eaux cristallines, peu de monde. Bonnes trattorias, excellentes glaces et pizzerias (très bon marché) juste à côté de la maison. De très beaux sites nuragiques à quelques kilomètres. Le logement de Stefano est très agréable (et encore plus joli même que sur les photos). Les pièces sont grandes et tout est très bien entretenu, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Tout est pensé pour faciliter la vie quotidienne. Stefano et ses parents sont aux petits soins pour que vous vous sentiez le mieux possible. Une famille adorable! GRAZIE MILLE ! ! !

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé, spacieux, confortable. Nous avons eu des serviettes de plage à notre disposition. Des fruits et biscuits à notre arrivée.

Beautiful clean apartment with everything we needed for a great stay in Sardinia. Lovely pool for use aswell. Appartment was walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach although we hired a car to explore more of the island. Host was very helpful once in Sardinia however contact before was difficult. Would recommend this place to anyone.
