Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Amelia Island

Instructions were super easy, it was a beautiful location and house, it had everything we needed, and even though we didn’t use it, there was so many coffee options, which was especially comforting for me. But it really was amazing :)

Highly recommend! Whitney and John were great hosts and easy to work with. They were very responsive and accommodating. Home was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and had everything our family needed! The pool was amazing our kids didn’t want to leave! Also easy beach access for kids. I can’t say enough good things about our stay! Will definitely be back!!!!

Peyton home was absolutely amazing and wonderful. It was peaceful and homey. Peyton was an excellent host and will be back when we’re in the area.

Loved the stay!! House was right downtown and within walking distance to everything. Didn’t even have to drive to get to the Cumberland Island Ferry. The place was clean and comfortable! Perfect spot for a weekend getaway! Will definitely be back!

The Dune bungalow was a perfect getaway for my wife and I. Very secluded, quiet and awesome outdoor pool and so close to the beach. Restaurants nearby are amazing and the neighborhood feel in this area is just amazing very friendly people and a very quiet, secluded location. It was absolutely what we were looking for, and we were not disappointed. When we need to book again for a secluded romantic getaway, the Dune bungalow fits the bill to a T. We were so happy we had a chance to stay there and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us. It was just beautifuland we can’t wait to get back!

Our recent stay at Tanya's Airbnb was a wonderful experience! The place was charming and spotless, truly a perfect getaway. I loved the thoughtful welcome note that Tanya left upon check-in—it really made me feel at home. The location couldn’t be better; it’s just a short drive to St. John’s Towne Center, as well as the University of North Florida. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, with friendly neighbors. Overall, the house was even better than I expected, and the value was fantastic. I highly recommend staying at Tanya's place if you’re visiting Jacksonville!

Tiare’s place was amazing! She gave great recommendations. The place is basically right next to the beach which was really convenient. It was the perfect getaway for our long weekend. The landscaping was gorgeous! I highly recommend!

We appreciated the hosts’ communication and understanding with some flight delays we experienced. Will plan to book again for our next trip to Jacksonville!

We absolutely loved staying at Edward's and Glenna's house. We can't wait to visit again. They are super friendly and very informative on things to do in St. Augustine.

What an amazing place. Only a few steps to the white sand. You could hear the ocean and they were beautiful sunrises every morning. Right out the back door you have the pool. There was a bottle of white wine waiting for us and two bottles of water to get us started. The bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. So many great restaurants nearby. We walked the beach every day and collected shells and even walked up to Neptune and Atlantic Beach. Perfect spot to stay in Jax Beach.

Cute, comfortable, clean, and easy to find! We would book here in the future if we ever found ourselves in Jacksonville again and we would definitely recommend to others. Located close to delicious restaurants and also nearby lots of fun things to do. 5 stars all the way! The sweet neighborhood kitties occasionally strolling by outside were a bonus. ❤️

We had a great stay with our two dogs! Great location, walkable to the beach. Erin was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and perfect for our trip with another family. The two toddlers had a great time running around, and we didn’t have to worry because it was very kid friendly. It was about a five minute walk to the beach, and the provided beach supplies were a great perk of the listing! It was awesome to have access to a beach wagon to carry all of our stuff. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Fell in love with Amelia Island! Cheryl’s condo was a big part of it!! So easy to access beach and pool. Perfect for kids. LOVED that she had beach chairs and a beach cart.

It was so clean and peaceful! It’s in between all the good places to eat and very short distance to the marina!

Elizabeth's place was just perfect. A few steps away from the beach, Fort Clinch, restaurants. Elizabeth is super responsive and organized and her place has everything you could need and more! Our boys loved the pool and we loved coffee on the patio and the the beach cruisers to ride around the Fort! We will be back!

Laura was a great host and her place was a perfect getaway. She communicated frequently to ensure I had everything I needed. I will be back in the future!

My fiancé and I don’t have much time together right now due to our careers, so the little time we do have we try hard to make special. Our stay at Brigid’s condo was fantastic and very memorable. We will be back without a doubt!
