Townhome vacation rentals in Amelia Island

Gabriella was very responsive when we got there the porch light had burned out and the unit was hard to find she was there by the next afternoon to have the light replaced. Very nice hostess.

Clean and responsive — very close to beach. We didn’t go into Downtown as we were there for the Ocean. Loved the beach gear !

Had a great time with the kids, quiet, beach 10 minutes walk. Very close to the historical center, 15 minutes by car. The house was clean and cozy. We didn't use the patio or barbecue, so I can't say anything about that. There are a lot of dishes in the house, if you plan to cook and stay for a long time, this is a huge plus.

Spacious, comfortable, immaculate and well stocked with many incidentals that allow their guests to comfortably manage being away from home. Tongila and Ted are thoughtful and attentive hosts and I feel grateful for my time in their home. Thank you both for being so welcoming!

Given the need for an immediate relocation, Inga was very helpful and her home was just what we needed to enjoy the rest of our vacation. You could tell her home was cleaned very well and we felt right at home.

This was absolutely perfect for us, we loved the short walk to the beach, and lack of heavy traffic was a bonus. The owner was very responsive and the place is as advertised. The community pool (not heated) was practically in the back yard of this unit. We had never been to Amelia and loved the area!

Me and my kids as well as our puppies stayed a weekend at this wonderful place my kids loved the house and it was a relaxing getaway my family needed everything was just what we expected Mr.Walden is very nice and responds with no problem in a very timely matter. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed being so close to the ocean. We all slept well, and I enjoyed the large shower upstairs. It was a pleasure to spend our trip here, and we’d definitely return again☺️

Lisa’s home was perfectly located on Jax Beach, close to restaurants, and a little on the quieter side of town. We loved the space, it had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated with seaside photos and maps we all enjoyed! I had to work one day and from the front patio I felt as if I were at the beach with my family, beautiful views! Thank you Lisa, will be booking again next year!

We loved staying at this house! The beach is a 2min walk. Having the pool and all the amenities the home offers made our trip great!

David’s place was great! My wife, son and I were looking to stay in the Jacksonville Beach area and this rental did not disappoint. It is only a few short footsteps from beach access and the rear balcony provided an amazing view directly over the beach & ocean. We also found the beach area in front of the building seemed to have a lot less crowd activity than other areas down the beach near larger condo buildings.

Beautiful and very comfortable accommodation with fully fenced private backyard. The place is fully renovated, everything is clean and inviting. All beds are very good. Appliances are modern and work very well. Excellent home away from home.

This place was easy to find and really peaceful. Close to lots of things to do in the area. Greg and his wife had the place spotless. That's exactly how we like to live too. Makes relaxing easy! I would highly recommend to stay here. Thankful for an awesome price.

We had a wonderful time at the Driftwood Cottage! Laura was very thoughtful and the place was clean and well stocked - exactly as described. It was perfect for us (four adults and one kid) and loved that we could walk to the beach easily. Also a short drive to the very charming downtown! Would highly recommend!

The place was just as described and perfect for a beach vacation. Only a couple short blocks to the beach and a wonderful condo. Tanya was a great host and quick to communicate and answer questions.

The location of this rental for our young family was unbeatable. The beach gear provided was so nice, it allowed us to pack less in our car and still have plenty for our kids to do at the ocean. The host were attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

Great place! Two second walk to the beach. It was the perfect place to stay after a concert at the VyStar arena (only 30min away). The house was clean, cozy, and just what we needed for our weekend get away!!

This townhome was modern, spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing few days at the beach. Beautifully appointed and comfy beds, great amenities, personal touches - they thought of everything. Only a couple blocks walk from the “quieter” end of the beach, but still only a walk to restaurants and close to downtown. Streets weren’t busy. Beach chairs, towels, toys, even transport to make it easy. Beautiful beach, enjoyed early morning wanders and searching for sharks teeth. We hope to be back and highly recommend!

This is the model host for Airbnb the level of communication the thoughtful touches around the home from Q-tips to hand soap to Kleenex to just about anything that you could think of. Place is exceptionally clean, I am that traveller that walks with my cleaning supplies. This is what the ideal host looks like.. The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches every appliance , every seasoning every detail , gas grill, and a coal grill to a crockpot. This is the ideal home for anyone who is looking for a beautiful place to stay. This definitely will not be my last stay at this home . This is definitely a Five Star host. Thank you for a great stay.
