Vacation rentals with a patio in Amantea

Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

Although our stay was very short, we had a great time. The apartment is clean, tidy, equipped with anything. The owner is very kind, available at any time of the day. It felt like home.

An excellent apartment in a friendly and genuine village … We’ve just returned from a superb holiday in the village of Santa Domenica. What a great apartment. Spacious and well equipped, super clean, with a decent balcony and pool with a sun bathing area. No negatives for us at all. Everything we needed food wise was in the village ; a couple of supermarkets, a really good food/bric a brac market on Mondays, a bakery, fishmonger (that serves meals also), cafe/bars, 4/5 restaurants (Il Casale was our favourite). We used Santa Domenica as a base for a few days out to Pizzo and Scilla (both beautiful and, we thought, easily as nice as Tropea. A number of beaches are accessible from Santa Domenica but these involve walks which aren’t always easy when it’s 30+ degrees. And our host ? Teresa was ace. Picked us up from the Railway Station, gave us loads of decent recommendations and responded immediately to any questions we had. A great holiday !

Angela is a great host! Apartment is exactly as advertised, and recently updated - it’s beautiful! Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Gorgeous location and views. Bonus is that she offers a parking space, which really was helpful since we then didn’t have to park on the very narrow street. Angela is so sweet and we would absolutely stay again. I hope we get to come back!

The accommodation has everything you need and is modern and well equipped. The small complex towers above the slope with a wonderful view of the sea. You absolutely need a car for shopping, etc. Eva was always easily accessible and provided us with great tips. We stayed there for 2 weeks with a baby and felt very comfortable.

The apartment is equipped with every utility, well furnished and nice. Superlative sea view. The host welcomed us with all the useful information. Marina di Fuscaldo is a small town but it pleasantly surprised us

The place is beautiful. The accomodation itself was fantastic and newly renovated but it was Maria and Vincenzo’s hospitality that made this stay so memorable. Having the two as hosts for the weekend was one of the highlights of our time in Italy. It’s truly something special to unexpectedly stumble upon such warm and welcoming people on your travels.

It was a real pleasure to stay in this beautiful house! The accommodation is as shown in the photos and the services mentioned are all available and included in the price. The views are stunning and you can get to the small beach via a fairly comfortable path, just a bit steep uphill. I will definitely be back, thank you for everything!

If you want to have a quiet vacation, this is the place to be. The surrounding area is very quiet and the beach right in front of the house is also not very busy. The beach bar is also great. The accommodation was very clean and all utensils, as well as basic spices, were also provided for cooking. Giuseppina was very friendly, always responded very quickly and was very helpful. We will definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back soon.

We spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment. We lacked nothing! The apartment was clean, very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Large cozy terrace to linger. Communication with Antonio was very good. No matter what issue, he helped right away. The beach in the immediate vicinity with a beautiful sea. We highly recommend this apartment. We really felt at home. Highly recommended. Thanks also to Antonio's parents, who welcomed us very warmly and helped us at any time if necessary.

Dolores' apartment makes for an excellent base for exploring Tropea - it's a short walk from the centre, but very quiet. The apartment has everything you could need and Dolores was also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely look to stay again next time we are in Tropea!

We, my wife, our two girls and myself had the great pleasure to be able to spend 9 days in Mariliena“s house in beautiful Calabria. The house is fantastic and we‘ll do all we can to come back. It was absolutely clean, spacious for us as a family, wonderful outdoors spaces in the shade and on the rooftop terrace with an amazing sea view. Also, the house had everything we could have wanted for feeling at home and being able to cook and enjoy. And the best is still to come: Mariliena and Rocco were fantastic hosts who treated us like friends and showed us all the hospitality of this wonderful region with its crystal clear waters, wonderful beaches, beautiful and historic towns and the lovely people from Calabrian!

The accommodation in Santa Maria is highly recommended: The apartment is functionally furnished and the garden is romantic. You can hear the sound of the sea and it's just a short walk to the beach. Anna is a warm and helpful personality. She responds immediately and also helped us a lot with an evening noise nuisance. In short: When visiting the Costa degli Dei, the house in Santa Maria is a great address - we would come back anytime. Thank you, Anna, for everything!

We are very pleased with our stay at Salvatore's. The apartment and the entire property were nice, well-maintained, renovated and very clean. We didn't miss anything. Salvatore and Noemi were very friendly and helpful. They recommended the best beaches and restaurants. They also arranged a trip to the Aeolian Islands for us. Communication with Salvatore was very good, he quickly answered every question, and if we had a small problem, it was quickly resolved. We highly recommend this place! ☺️☺️☺️

Great apartment - spacious, bright and very clean. Well equipped kitchen, and coffee water, snacks and a bottle of prosecco were provided. Marco is very friendly and responsive. He provided an excellent list of local restaurants and a great boat cruise company for a day on the water. Would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

Lovely apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean and tastefully furnished. The outside terrace (furniture and views) were amazing! Would recommend! Car definitely required.

Beautiful farm surrounded by greenery with pool ...suitable for those who want a relaxing vacation...the owners are very helpful , kind , welcoming , company and very nice !! The view outside is breathtaking from the structure , the meadows , the flowers , the trees and the pool!! Surely if there is an opportunity , I will be back!! Highly recommended!! Ps not all rooms have a kitchen (it is not a criticism, it is a warning for those looking for a more equipped room and/or has special needs but I am sure that if you contact the owners will find a solution given their availability ) Location pet-friendly!! With this I conclude : Great experience!!

Michele's place is very safe both day and night when it comes to getting to the apartment and staying in the apartment. The apartment is huge, quiet and has new appliances. We only used a hair dryer and a fridge freezer because there are so many food options in the city for absolutely any budget. The terrace is spectacular, much larger than in the photos, and it is also quiet. Michele responds to questions almost immediately, is very attentive and caring. A real Airbnb, where you feel like family, not a tourist. The tenement house is renovated both outside and inside. Hot water, clean bedding. The fridge freezer cools super. We loved our personal and charming balcony in the apartment and the view from the terrace. I didn't need air conditioning in early June. You can leave your luggage for the duration of the flight. The location is fantastic. We highly recommend it, thank you Michele for your kindness and hospitality. We will be happy to come back.

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

Located high up, the MARASUSA estate offers you a superb view of TROPEA, both in the morning and in the evening, at sunset. Maintained daily by Carmelo, the tireless and very responsive intendant, the site has a very clean and thoughtful swimming pool, green lawns watered every day, carved trees...Superb estate ... MEYKE and GUY's apartment, very clean, and tidy, has a beautiful open terrace, bounded by walls and hedges. In the apartment, there is also an A/C at the top, a very nice bathroom, but also a lot of storage, which is super appreciated. Nice rental ….

The place was great. The garden and apartment were very well maintained. The kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped. The area is very quiet, the beach can really be reached in less than 10 minutes. The host gave great tips and was very kind. We will be happy to come back! Highly recommended!

Chiara is a welcoming, precise and helpful host. The property is a stone's throw from the sub paradise (you can walk), and the rooms are cozy and very clean!!!
