Vacation rentals with a patio in Amantea

Anche se il nostro soggiorno è stato brevissimo, ci siamo trovate benissimo. L’appartamento pulito, ordinato, fornito di qualsiasi cosa. Il proprietario gentilissimo, disponibile a qualsiasi ora del giorno. È stato come sentirsi a casa.

An excellent apartment in a friendly and genuine village … We’ve just returned from a superb holiday in the village of Santa Domenica. What a great apartment. Spacious and well equipped, super clean, with a decent balcony and pool with a sun bathing area. No negatives for us at all. Everything we needed food wise was in the village ; a couple of supermarkets, a really good food/bric a brac market on Mondays, a bakery, fishmonger (that serves meals also), cafe/bars, 4/5 restaurants (Il Casale was our favourite). We used Santa Domenica as a base for a few days out to Pizzo and Scilla (both beautiful and, we thought, easily as nice as Tropea. A number of beaches are accessible from Santa Domenica but these involve walks which aren’t always easy when it’s 30+ degrees. And our host ? Teresa was ace. Picked us up from the Railway Station, gave us loads of decent recommendations and responded immediately to any questions we had. A great holiday !

Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem hat Sie sehr gute Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegebeb und war sehr sehr gut erreichbar. Alles in Allem das beste Airbnb in dem ich je war.

Angela is a great host! Apartment is exactly as advertised, and recently updated - it’s beautiful! Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Gorgeous location and views. Bonus is that she offers a parking space, which really was helpful since we then didn’t have to park on the very narrow street. Angela is so sweet and we would absolutely stay again. I hope we get to come back!

Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht und ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Die kleine Anlage trohnt oben am Hang mit einem wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Man ist zum Einkaufen, etc zwingend auf ein Auto angewiesen. Eva war immer gut erreichbar und hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Wir waren dort 2 Wochen mit Baby und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

L’appartamento è dotato di ogni utilità, bene arredato e grazioso. Vista mare superlativa. L’host ci ha accolto con ogni informazione utile. Marina di Fuscaldo è un piccolo paese ma ci ha piacevolmente sorpreso

Top-Ausgestattete Unterkunft mit Pool und „privatem“ Strandzugang. Unser Highlight war der Strand (ca. 1km und 200 hm entfernt). Küche ist top ausgestattet. Betten bequem und alles war sauber. Zwei Balkone, vor allem der überdachte Balkon erweitert den Wohnraum noch einmal enorm. Jede Mahlzeit kam draußen eingenommen werden. Jan ist ein toller und bemühter Host, der sich immer wieder um unsere Zufriedenheit erkundigt hat.

The place is beautiful. The accomodation itself was fantastic and newly renovated but it was Maria and Vincenzo’s hospitality that made this stay so memorable. Having the two as hosts for the weekend was one of the highlights of our time in Italy. It’s truly something special to unexpectedly stumble upon such warm and welcoming people on your travels.

Het is een prachtig verblijf met een rustig privé strand. De omgeving is ook erg rustig. Fijne locatie voor als je privacy wilt, maar toch niet op genieten van de luxe. Maar zeker ook aan te raden met een gezin. Erg overzichtelijk. Het water aan het strand is helderblauw. We voelden ons erg fijn in het huisje!

Wer einen ruhigen urlaub haben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und der Strand direkt vor dem Haus auch nicht sehr belebt. Die Strandbar ist auch super. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und zum kochen wurden auch alle Utensilien, sowie Basic Gewürze zur Verfügung gestellt. Giuseppina war sehr freundlich, hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und hoffentlich bald nochmal vorbei kommen.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Grosse gemütliche Terrasse zum verweilen. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio war sehr gut. Egal welches Anliegen, er hat sofort geholfen. Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe mit einem wunderschönen Meer. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung wärmstens. Wir haben uns wirklich zu Hause gefühlt. Nur zu empfehlen. Danke auch an die Eltern von Antonio, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen haben und jeder Zeit wenn nötig, geholfen haben.

Estuvimos 8 días trabajando remoto y recorriendo por las mañanas Tropea, parando en lo de Dolores. La casa está muy bien equipada, con todo lo que a uno se le pueda ocurrir (y más) y ubicada en una zona excelente de Tropea. Cerca del mar y del centro, pero no en una zona de ruidos. Dolores es una persona muy atenta y hospitalaria que le gusta que sus huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Es muy lindo hablar con ella. La casa es la casa real de una persona con lo cual tiene alma y se siente como un hogar. Vivimos la full experience italiana. Lo recomiendo 100%

We, my wife, our two girls and myself had the great pleasure to be able to spend 9 days in Mariliena“s house in beautiful Calabria. The house is fantastic and we‘ll do all we can to come back. It was absolutely clean, spacious for us as a family, wonderful outdoors spaces in the shade and on the rooftop terrace with an amazing sea view. Also, the house had everything we could have wanted for feeling at home and being able to cook and enjoy. And the best is still to come: Mariliena and Rocco were fantastic hosts who treated us like friends and showed us all the hospitality of this wonderful region with its crystal clear waters, wonderful beaches, beautiful and historic towns and the lovely people from Calabrian!

Die Unterkunft in Santa Maria ist sehr empfehlenswert: Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und der Garten ist romantisch. Man hört das Meer-Rauschen und zum Strand ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Anna ist eine warme und hilfsbereite Persönlichkeit. Sie reagiert sofort und half uns auch bei einer abendlichen Lärmbelästigung noch sehr. Kurzum: Bei einem Besuch an der Costa degli Dei ist das Haus in Santa Maria eine super Adresse - wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank, Anna, für alles!

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu u Salvatore. Apartament jak i cały obiekt był ładny, zadbany, wyremontowany i bardzo czysty. Nie brakowało nam niczego. Salvatore i Noemi byli bardzo przyjaźni i pomocni. Polecili najlepsze plaże i restauracje. Załatwili nam również wycieczkę na wyspy Liparyjskie. Komunikacja z Salvatore była bardzo dobra, szybko udzielał odpowiedzi na każde pytanie, a jak mieliśmy mały problem to równie szybko został on rozwiązany. Bardzo polecamy to miejsce! ☺️☺️☺️

Doskonały apartament. Apartament jest niezwykle czysty, przestronny i świetnie wyposażony. Dwie łazienki są dużym udogodnieniem. Lokalizacja apartamentu jest idealna – blisko centrum miasta, co umożliwia łatwy dostęp do wszystkich atrakcji Tropei, a jednocześnie znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy, co gwarantuje ciszę i relaks. Dodatkowym atutem jest zapewniony parking. Apartament spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania i z pewnością polecam go każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego i dobrze położonego miejsca w Tropei. Gospodarz Marco jest świetny i bardzo pomocny. Dzięki jego wsparciu i wskazówkom nasz pobyt był jeszcze bardziej udany!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben alle Vorinformationen haben gepasst. Die Lage bzw. die Nähe zum Strand ist sehr gut. Man geht nur 3 Minuten. Da wir in der Spätsaison vor Ort waren, waren dort auch sehr wenige Leute bzw. nur Einheimische anwesend. Schade ist nur, dass sehr wenige Englisch sprechen. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man super per Auto die Supermärkte und Restaurant besuchen. In Marina Davoli ist eine super Gelateria Con Gusto und in Braci & Galici kann man gut essen. Größere Auswahl an Geschäften und Restaurant ist dann in Soverato. Die Unterkunft ist für Familie gut geeignet, da auch ein Kinderbett vorhanden ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Lovely apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean and tastefully furnished. The outside terrace (furniture and views) were amazing! Would recommend! Car definitely required.

Bellissimo agriturismo immerso nel verde con piscina ...adatto per chi vuole una vacanza di relax ...i proprietari sono disponibilissimi , gentili , accoglienti , di compagnia e molto simpatici !! La vista all'esterno e' mozzafiato a partire dalla struttura , i prati , i fiori , gli alberi e la piscina!! Sicuramente se ci sara' l'occasione , ci tornero'!! Consigliatissimo!! Ps non tutte le stanze hanno una cucina (non e' una critica e' un avviso per chi cerca una stanza piu' attrezzata e/o ha esigenze particolari ma sono certa che se contattate i proprietari troveranno una soluzione vista la loro disponibilita' ) Location pet friendly!! Con questo concludo : Ottima esperienza!!

Miejsce Michele jest bardzo bezpieczne zarówno w dzień jak i w nocy jeśli chodzi o dojście do mieszkania jak i przebywanie w mieszkaniu. Mieszkanie jest ogromne, ciche i ma nowe sprzęty. My korzystałyśmy tylko z suszarki do włosów i lodówko zamrażarki bo jest bardzo dużo opcji jedzenia na mieście na absolutnie każdą kieszeń. Taras jest spektakularny, dużo większy niż na zdjęciach, jest też cichy. Michele praktycznie od razu reaguje na pytania, jest bardzo uważny i troskliwy. Prawdziwe airbnb, gdzie czujesz się jak rodzina, a nie jak turysta. Kamienica jest wyremontowana zarówno z zewnątrz jak i wewnątrz. Woda gorąca, pościel czysta. Lodówko zamrażarka super chłodzi . Uwielbiałyśmy nasz osobisty i uroczy balkon w mieszkaniu oraz widok z tarasu. Klimatyzacja nie była mi potrzebna na początku czerwca. Można zostawić bagaże na czas odlotu samolotu. Lokalizacja jest fantastyczna. Polecamy gorąco, dziękujemy Michele za Twoją serdeczność i gościnność. Chętnie wrócimy.

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

Situé en hauteur, le domaine de MARASUSA vous propose une superbe vue sur TROPEA, autant le matin que le soir, au coucher de soleil. Entretenu quotidiennement par Carmelo, l’intendant infatigable et très réactif, le site dispose d’une piscine très propre et bien pensée, de pelouses vertes arrosées tous les jours, d’arbres taillés…Superbe domaine …. L’appartement de MEYKE et GUY, très propre, et bien rangé, dispose d’une belle terrasse ouverte, délimitée par des murs et haies. Dans l’appartement, il y a aussi une Clim au top, une salle de bain très sympa, mais aussi beaucoup de rangement, ce qui est super appréciable. Belle location ….

Der Unterkunft war großartig. Der Garten und die Wohnung waren sehr gut gepflegt. Die Küche und das Bad waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, der Strand ist wirklich in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber hat tolle Tipps gegeben und war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Nur zu Empfehlen!

chiara è un host accogliente, preciso e disponibile. la struttura è a 2 passi dal paradiso del sub(si può fare a piedi), e le camere accoglienti e pulitissime!!!
