Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Cosenza

This stay was for me the return, after a year, to the town of origin. So, to the feelings of joy for this return, reasons for satisfaction were added to have chosen an accommodation, even if for five days, in a very bright apartment complete with every comfort and, on the other hand, located in a building in the main square, in front of the bell tower of the church of San Francesco di Paola, which with the chimes of its bell made me return to mind the beautiful moments of my childhood and youth, often limifying the sidewalks of the square admirable from the balcony of the apartment!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, with both mountains and the sea nearby — an ideal combination for nature lovers. The beach with Kvasovye rocks was a real gem, such a beautiful spot. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Getting here by train was very convenient, which was a pleasant surprise. Margareth and her husband were incredibly hospitable and kind. They were always quick to respond and ready to help with any questions, making our stay as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and care made us feel truly welcomed. The November weather was warm, and we even managed to swim in the sea a couple of times! It was truly unforgettable. Thank you to the hosts for their warm hospitality — we’ll definitely come back!

Beautiful place! We had a very comfortable and private stay with great views. The place was really clean and had all the necessities. Michele was really helpful, suggesting restaurants, beaches, etc. Loved it!

We stayed at Francesca‘s place for the holidays. Veronica, the local guest coordinator, was there to welcome me and my dogs and was available for any questions I had. I was surprised by the size of the apartment as it was a lot bigger than I expected. We had a good time for our holiday getaway to disconnect. I am sure this place is even more amazing for summer holidays. Definitely recommend.

The apartment is equipped with every utility, well furnished and nice. Superlative sea view. The host welcomed us with all the useful information. Marina di Fuscaldo is a small town but it pleasantly surprised us

Excellent hospitality by Heidi! So many things made available for guests. Thank you! Heidi and Rolf are always available and very responsive to our needs or small problems. Beautiful views from the terrace of Cirella Island. We would highly recommend this place to stay.

My family and I had an absolute blast at Franco's place! The outdoor area with the pool, bbq, fire pit, and large yard was perfect for us. We will absolutely try and book again!

This was a perfect spot for my children. We really enjoyed eating our meals outside on the table and the bbq. There were even two children’s sized bikes that we got working and used every day. Renata was immediately responsive to any requests we had. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Unbelievable balcony view and location in the centro storico! Couldn't believe my luck when I first saw this listing. Perfect place to stay in Scalea.

Had a great time here. On the way out we arrived in the dark and therefore had some trouble finding the house. A property in front of the house is somewhat blocking the view, but nevertheless fantastic stay. Lovely garden, large rooms, house full of comforts and a nice center nearby. We had rented a car so easily accessible for us. Nice and nice food in the shopping street of Scalea near Vularie Siciliane, very affordable too! Recommended, sandy beach at lido de Azzuro, beautiful bay, beautifully surrounded by mountains. Accessible via a (spicy) set of stairs. Sylwia gave a lot of nice tips. We stayed in this charming large, cozy and furnished property, completely immersed in greenery, with a large outdoor space that reflected exactly what we were looking for, tranquility and relaxation. To complement the enchanting structure, there was the welcome of Mr. Vincenzo who was always friendly, helpful, attentive and able to meet all our needs. I highly recommend it, and hope to be back soon.

Thank you to Mr Franco for the incredible hospitality and warm welcome. Felt like we were at home, with heaps of space and creature comforts, and the welcome gifts were greatly appreciated. This is definitely a family stay and would recommend during winter. Location is a bit rural however very peaceful and quiet. Thank you Mr Franco!!!

Perfect! The house is as pictured, infact,better!It's really hard to get a flaw. Kitchen equipped with all new appliances, including the bathroom. Very clean apartment with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Car parking is located below the house and from the terrace there is a beautiful view "sea and mountains". We thank Simone and Ralf for their hospitality,they are wonderful people and they made us feel at home. Super-recommended!

We stayed at Lucie's place for a few nights to explore the area as we headed back up to Naples, and we really enjoyed it. The apartment is clean, comfy, and well-equipped. The view from the condo of the ocean is beautiful. I'd definitely recommend having a car, though. Lucie is a great host and quick with communication. If you're looking for a nice place in this area to explore, I'd recommend Lucie's.

Nice Airbnb in a beautiful region. Sara is very friendly and gives good guidance to reach the place, when you text her. Good parking place, when you travel by car. Highly recommended.

Great host, responsive and helpful! Home was just as pictured with a stunning sea view from the balcony. The pedestrian stairs down to town (about 4 sections) made it easy to leave the car parked at the apartment and wander the old town and the beach. Great value, highly recommend!

First a super nice host who was right on site when you needed him The apartment is exactly as in the photos everything neat and super clean We felt right at home, a very nice apartment with its own terrace where you are also not disturbed and the children could also play a little louder without problems. Overall, we really enjoyed the apartment! Great location, very clean, and comfortable. Free parking in front of the house. The apartment is freshly renovated. The host was friendly and attentive. Super easy self check in and check out with flexible times. The only issue we encountered was the noise from the neighbor across the hall. She frequently opened and closed her door, and because the walls are quite thin, it was very loud. In fact, the windows in our room would rattle every time she slammed the door. We had to ask her a few times to be quieter, especially late at night. Future guests should be aware that they might need to remind the neighbor to keep it down. Multiple times.

Beautiful location: from the balcony of the house you can see the beach. Quiet country, with shops and everything you need for a week at sea without having to move the car. The house made us taste the proximity of the sea, simple, clean and organized with everything you need for a serene holiday. Wonderful induction hob! We felt at home. Communication with Francesco was perfect. He was a perfect host, he welcomed us in person, giving us precise directions to make the most of the house and also suggesting activities we could have done. But the beautiful sea of Marina di Belmonte enchanted us and we often stayed on the beach. Even if it passes by the railway, we can say that the passing trains do not make you bored: we rested during the day and slept at night without problems. It would be nice to be able to come back next summer... Thank you Francesco
