Eine stilvoll eingerichtete, wunderschöne Wohnung unter dem Dach mitten in der Altstadt. Es ist perfekt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Von der ersten Minute an fühlten wir uns richtig wohl in dieser tollen Wohnung. Man hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den See, da das Häuschen etwa 100 Meter oberhalb von Stresa liegt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Obwohl Géraldine nach unserer Ankunft selbst auf Reisen ging, war sie für uns gut erreichbar, reagierte auf Fragen sehr schnell und begrüßte uns noch persönlich mit vielen Tipps und Infos rund um Stresa, den Lago Maggiore und das Häuschen. Sowohl unser Auto als auch unsere Fahrräder haben Platz auf Géraldines Grundstück gefunden. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Great place to stay! Right near the train station and beautiful apartment. All amenities needed for a great stay were available in the apartment and Tom was responsive and provided clear instructions for a great stay. Would definitely come back for another stay.

Alessandro was everything you look for in a host. For starters, he went out of us way to arrange us transportation from the airport to his home in Dolo. After we arrived at his home, he showed us all of the local restaurants and what kind of food they have to offer. Our first night, we stayed local in Dolo and it was quiet, pretty and we had a delicious meal less than 5 minutes walking from the home. Alessandro responded to all of our questions and concerns within minutes and even gave us a bus ticket for our first trip into Venice. The home is beautiful, Alessandro is an amazing host and I could not recommend this space more. Venice is extremely crowded so being a little outside of it was honestly the best decision we could’ve made and it was made that much better by having such a wonderful host.

Luisa ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, der es von von der ersten Nachricht bis zum Abschied ein spürbares Anliegen war, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Sie hat uns gesagt, wo wir am besten parken können, uns an der Fähre abgeholt und uns alles gezeigt und zwischendurch sogar köstliche selbstgebackene Plätzchen vorbei gebracht :-), das war SO schön. Wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt, gibt es kein WLAN in der Wohnung und auch die Heizung ist nicht eingeschaltet. Die Wohnung ist angenehm sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht um sich selbst gut zu versorgen. Die Terrasse ist traumhaft schön und wir haben die Abende dort sehr genossen.

We had a wonderful 12-day stay in this cozy and fully equipped loft. The hosts, Nicola and Irina, were incredibly friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we felt at home. The bathroom and shower felt brand new — recently renovated and very well done. The loft itself is spacious, with fast and reliable internet, and everything we needed was right there. It’s located up two sets of rather narrow stairs, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The property is lovely, with a beautiful terrace offering mountain views and a nice outdoor seating area to relax. The location is perfect — nestled in a quiet, charming village, right in the middle between Monte Baldo via Brentonico and the other side of the mountain with places like Malcesine and Riva del Garda. A perfect base for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

Amazing location, super safe and quiet, walkable to incredible restaurants, green space, historic landmarks, cafes. The view was absolutely unbelievable! Paola was very nice and flexible. Only con was not necessarily uncleanliness, but some things were a little broken and there was some mold in the bathroom. Also, no comforter for the bed. For us, it was no problem and we really enjoyed our time here.

This is one of the most magical places I’ve ever visited ♥️ my boyfriend and I were looking for a few quiet days after Paris and this far exceeded anything we could have hoped for. The space itself is impeccably designed - super for a couple - it has all of the amenities you need… and the setting is just to die for. Amin and Amandine are BEYOND accommodating, they offered so many recommendations and we woke up the first morning w fresh pastries (and many goodies in the fridge on arrival). You can walk right down to the water -MAGIC!!!! We took the kayak out and had best time. All of the locals were so so kind - great little shops for wines, meats, flowers etc… Friday night they had a band playing down by the harbor (looked like a family or a great group of friends) it was just too much fun. It is a wonderfully beautiful place to relax and enjoy the south of France without the craziness of other busy summer cities. No question we will be back. Thank you SO much for your hospitality!

Daniela’s apartment is super clean, modern, fully equipped and quiet. She is extremely helpful and responsive. For the price, I felt I got great value! Before booking, I would get acquainted with the bus system so you take a bus to sights and do most of walking around the sites not necessarily to the sites. Close to the piazza Michelangelo with a great view of Firenze. Bravisima, Grazie Mille, Daniela!

Die Unterkunft hat einen wundervollen Ausblick & ist sehr praktisch & wohnlich ausgestattet. Es hat alles, was man braucht. Helga ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich empfehle die Unterkunt weiter. ☺️

Parfait emplacement au cœur de la Bologne historique, à deux pas de tout. Calme et pourtant proche de nombreux bars et restaurants très attractifs. Organisation et communication parfaites. Logement était parfait pour deux personnes. Pas sûr que cela convienne pour 4 personnes si séjour prolongé (mezzanine avec lit double donne directement sur le salon avec canapé-lit). Deux belles salles de bain. Aménagements parfait mais potentiels d’amélioration pour organisation d’un dalon ((divan + chaises) plus cosy. Une très belle expérience de 7 jours. I cannot say enough great things about Chiara’s beautiful Airbnb! This amazing gem is nestled into the beautiful Tuscan countryside and has everything you would ever need from parking, laundry, ping pong, and the most gorgeous pool I’ve ever seen. We had such a great stay and Chiara was very responsive to any questions we had. There are a couple close restaurants as well as a grocery store about 10 minutes away that we went to. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and the pool was so refreshing after our days of exploring. Chiara leaves a great bottle of wine that we enjoyed the first night on our private balcony overlooking the gorgeous views. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we ever come back!!

My stay at Andrea was perfect. He is very friendly, responsive and helpful. When I was arriving late in the evening he picked me up from the train station and even drove me to the next supermarket so I could get some food for the first night. Other than that he was always responding to my messages, giving me recommendations and tips for the area. The apartment is very bright, newly renovated, has everything you need and very spacious. All in all just a perfect stay! Highly recommended.

Schöne Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Ausblick! Eigener Eingang, sauber, sehr freundliche Vermieter und gute Kommunikation. Alles TOP - würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen ;-))

Zunächst einmal meinen ausdrücklichen Dank an den Vermieter, der problemlos einen längeren Aufenthalt ermöglicht hat. Angelika ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und bei Fragen gab es schnell eine Antwort oder Hilfe. Während meines Aufenthaltes war ich mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden, sie ist geräumig, hell und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Das Bett ist bequem, die Wohnung sauber – so wie es sein soll. Der große Parkplatz und die gute Verkehrsanbindung sind definitiv ein Plus, besonders wenn man mobil unterwegs ist, so ist man schnell in Balingen oder in der Natur, wenn man gerne wandert. In allen Punkten eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die ich gerne weiterempfehle.

Bel accueil des parents de Flo. Personnes attachantes et passionnés. Belle rencontre. La location est bien équipée et l'épaisseur des murs vous garanti une fraîcheur bien agréable avec cette canicule. Je vous recommande cette location .

A pochi passi dal mare, vicino a ristoranti e supermercati, spazioso e pulito, aria condizionata che ci ha aiutato a sopravvivere durante le giornate più afose, ottimo prezzo visto la zona in cui si trova.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. Gabriella è una host eccezionale: disponibile e sempre pronta ad aiutare in caso di necessità. L'appartamento, pur di dimensioni contenute, è ben organizzato e fornito di tutto il necessario. Inoltre, la pulizia era impeccabile. Un grande plus è la splendida vista sulle montagne dal tetto nelle giornate di sole. La posizione è comoda, con supermercati facilmente raggiungibili a piedi in circa 15 minuti. Il parcheggio non è mai stato un problema grazie alla disponibilità di posti liberi nelle vicinanze. Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata più che soddisfacente.
