We had a great Ascension weekend at Sandra and Mathieu's place. The accommodation is beautiful, tastefully renovated. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature and very quiet. Many daytime activities: hiking in varied landscapes (mountains, ponds, etc.), electric bike rental in Melisey (€35/day) and then games available in the accommodation. In the evening, make way for foosball games and the jacuzzi! I would highly recommend this rental!

Dalibor's cottage is a great place. Very clan and spacious and perfectly equipped for a short - or longer - stay. We really liked the atmosphere and leisuring on the deck and in the jacuzzi after long hikes in the neighborhood. You are a few minutes away by car from 3 large supermarkets and any styles of restaurants. Perfect place for sending time in the Plitvice area (the entrance of the Park is 20 minutes away). I had a wonderful stay at this house. It’s located in a quiet countryside setting, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight of the stay was definitely the jacuzzi and sauna, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The house itself is clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making sure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with great amenities, this place is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

We had a brilliant stay. The house was perfectly sized for our group of 4 adults and 1 child. The hot tub was huge and was really relaxing after a long day out visiting local towns and cities. The place was peaceful and relaxing and although in close proximity to the owners house, it felt private and non intrusive. The house is perfectly based for visits to the Black Forest and exploring Alsace which we have enjoyed. Very clean, air conditioning and beautiful surroundings. Would recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful week in Gloria's house. Our four-legged friend also felt totally comfortable in nature. The house is small but nice and has everything you need. The property is a nice size and is perfect for eating outside, relaxing in the hot tub or just lying in the sun. The way to the house is a little challenging, but with a normal car and a little driving experience it can be mastered. Gloria was always available to us and gave us good excursion tips for the area in advance. Even with any inquiries, she always responded very quickly and helped us. To just get out and enjoy the nature and tranquility of Tuscany, it is perfect. We will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice stay. Leopold was extremely friendly, took a lot of time to give us great excursion tips, and was always eager to make sure we are well. Located in a very quiet area - perfect for relaxing. Overall a recommended place to stay.

We feel lucky to have stayed at this house—the views really are just as stunning as they are in the pictures. Boža and Dušan were very welcoming and we had everything we needed to really settle in for a few nights—the kitchen, for example, was very well furnished with all sorts of practical implements for real cooking (i.e. not just a few dull knives and a single ladle rattling around in otherwise empty drawers). We really appreciated the house's easy access to Italy, Austria, and of course the rest of northwestern Slovenia—it offers a great combination of dramatic mountain views and easy road access (so no daredevil driving up and down steep and rocky rural roads every time you want to get some groceries). I'm sure the house is lovely in all seasons, but it was especially enjoyable to take a dip in the jacuzzi with an overnight frost settling in and then cozy up by the fireplace inside.

We had a great time at Dario's place. This has been the most beautiful place I've stayed at on Airbnb. From plenty of towels to a wide selection of spices to small gifts for our child, everything was included. This place is highly recommended! Thank you two :)

Thank you to Lorraine for this choice establishment in a peaceful and flowery neighborhood in the mountains. The location is ideal for getting to Rapallo nearby or Portofino. The terrace is breathtaking with stunning sea views. The area is wooded and smells of jasmine which is always a pleasant surprise when you arrive. The bedding is comfortable, clean. Check-in instructions are clear and provided in advance with a responsive and patient host. Plan to pay a tourist tax in cash on the day of your departure, not specified when booking on Airbnb. Again, thank you for this wonderful experience and I hope to see you soon!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in this beautiful place, Melanie was their to great us and had left treats for us and the children. The views are out of this world I felt truly blessed to be able to wake up and sit out on the balcony. The house had everything we needed, hammocks, bat and ball games for the children. The local area is backed with walks to waterfalls some are only a 20 min walk away and easy to get too. When I sent messages to Melanie or her husband they where answered quickly and helpfully. Roman and Melanie brought up a traditional local desert for us to try and it was very tasty. I would fully recommend for anyone visiting Slovenia to stay here, we had five days and I wish we had stayed for the last two days of our holiday as we moved on to a hotel which has cost more but isn't as good as this home! Francesca and her kind family have created a once-in-a-lifetime, soul-grounding experience in this beautifully restored 14th-century hillside retreat in Portovenere. We loved every minute of our six-night stay. From the mind-blowing views and steep, invigorating hikes to romantic evenings sipping homemade, earthy concoctions thoughtfully left for us—it was pure magic. We were welcomed with fragrant bundles of fresh lemons, rosemary, sage, and thyme, a gesture that set the tone for the care and warmth we felt throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making our rest as memorable as our adventures. We especially loved our daily rocky hike down to the charming village, and one day we even rented a dinghy to explore the surrounding islands—an unforgettable way to soak in the coastal beauty. This place is beyond gorgeous—truly a slice of heaven.

The cottage is in a beautiful area, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. All areas were very clean and Germana was very kind, always available for any questions. Highly recommended!

The house is perhaps 200 yards from the nearest other dwelling, up on the side of a hill, quite a way up, with beautiful views of the dolomites and down the valley. The house was well equipped and had a wonderful big wood stove for heat. There were hiking trails right out the front door as well as within relatively short drives away into the beautiful dolomites. Hiking here was a major draw for us. This is a peaceful, beautiful house that is not in the middle of amusements and restaurants although restaurants and two small grocery stores are just a short distance away. The host Manfred was very understanding and responsive. We absolutely did not want to leave.

Fantastic time out in the middle of the vineyards and nature with magnificent views!The green oasis of Slovenia. We had the pleasure of spending a few days in this cozy cottage on a vineyard, and it was just nice. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a magnificent view. Champagne & chocolate were ready for us. The cottage itself is cozy, thoughtful and furnished with a lot of love for detail. You can immediately tell that everything was built and designed here with a lot of passion. An absolute highlight is the terrace with the hot tub and sauna, from which you can fully enjoy the breathtaking landscape. Here we were able to relax perfectly and leave everyday life behind. For cozy evenings, there was also a barbecue corner and a fire bowl. We would like to thank Matej for the hospitality. Matej brought us wine & wood. We had a relaxing time for two with a dog.

The Host was precise, punctual and very kind. The house is beautiful, clean, super-equipped, wonderful and well-kept garden. The indoor and covered car parking is also very appreciated. The area is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, with breathtaking views. Highly recommended.

We immediately felt at home in this cozy, Provencal house! In the evening, it was enjoying the crickets and the setting sun under the old tree! Perfectly equipped kitchen and bathroom. First of all, it should be emphasized that Fabio is a wonderful, courteous and helpful host. The house is lovingly and stylishly decorated. The village is located in the middle of the mountains of Garfagnana and together with its surroundings it is an oasis of tranquility. From Bagni di Lucca, a 7 km long, narrow, winding road leads to Lugnano-Monti di Villa. On the route, you will pass 2 more small villages. One of them is Granaiola, where you can eat super delicious food at Laura's. We will be happy to come back :-) Anne and Helga

From us a big ten for this B&B. Well furnished and spacious studio. Super neat. Everything is there. Quiet area. And above all: Maria and Beppe (Rosella's parents) made us feel more than welcome every day. What a warm couple.

We were fortunate to spend a month at Anna's cottage where we were made to feel very at home. Anna is very friendly and accommodating and alongside her lovely dog Isla, makes a great host. The cottage has everything you need for a longer stay and is both rustic yet modern. The surrounding gardens and views are beautiful and you have your own section of private outside space. Vicenza is only a short drive away and is stunning. Lake Fimon is nearby as are other varied sites. We would definitely recommend a stay at Anna's if you want to explore the Berichi Hills and surroundings. 😊

If you are looking for the most beautiful place on earth please book! I loved everything about this amazing home. The views are breathtaking and the home itself is cozy & comfortable. There are many walking trails for exploring, fresh lemons to pick, 2 small pools and a hot tub that overlooks the villages and glistering sea line. I cried leaving this magical place. Our host Letizia was so helpful and responsive. She took such good care of us. The donkeys made our trip extra special. We fed them dailey and they never failed to greet us with their excited squeals knowing we were coming with apples. 😊 The road up the mountain can be difficult at first but after a few runs we mastered the drive. This Airbnb will not disappoint. You have to experience this amazing place.
